Skyrush is quite good and will jump far up with the new restraints, but the layout holds it back. It's just a figure 8 with hills, and for that it will permanently be Formula Rossa's little brother.

3:45 Gerstlauer's great for short people, but for taller riders, most of their rides with OTSRs are quite uncomfortable because they dig into the shoulders.

I just came back from my Orlando trip, rode Iron Gwazi and Velocicoaster thanks to you man. Gotta say it: No other coaster felt the same afterwards....
Both super smooth and fun. But I will give the #1 spot to Iron Gwazi. 5 minutos wait compared to 70-100 from Veloc is not even a competition, also I felt Iron Gwazi from start to finish (all 9 times I rode it) while Velic as good in the first half and amazing from second launch to finish.
Interesting experience, in my rides Ive had half the wait times for Velocicoaster compared to Iron Gwazi. I've been able to have way more rides on Velocicoaster because of it.
@@jeremymathias9305 Worth noting that I didn't pay for the express pass at universal. So I am talking about regular stan-by line. Busch gardens had 5 min for all rides except Cheetah hunt - 30/40 min. Many of the 5 min wait times were indeed walk in time tbh. I've been to BGT at a thursday and at Islands of adventure 3 times, all week days too, between feb 12 and mach 1.

Best - Intimidator 305, my all time favorite roller coaster. 🐐
Worst - White Cyclone, my all time least favorite roller coaster, funny how that works out.
B&M:
Best - yeah it’s Fury 325
Worst - Afterburn 😵
Vekoma:
Best - Firehawk 💔
Worst - Flight Deck 😵💫
RMC:
Best - Lightning Rod, my former top 1.
Worst - Twisted Timbers, still a good ride, but the only other RMC I’ve ridden besides these two is Storm Chaser, which is better by a lot. 😓

I can't argue with Fury being objectively the best B&M, and it's a fantastic ride. In my top 5 for sure. My favorite that I've ridden is Montu, though. It's an absolute powerhouse old school invert. Front row end seat rides are insane.
Coasttoons, I am a young new thoosie because of you. Me and my family will be going to Cedar Point this summer. They told me that their favorite ride was Magnum XL200 and they were in the time zone of when mille came. Should I agree with this. I have watched your videos and I know you aren't that high on Magnum, but I haven't ridden many rides. I hope that you respond and give me feed back
I think Goliath at SFOG is the best B&M hyper created. It's full of nonstop airtime and is likely the most intense B&M hyper with its toilet bowl helix. It also has no mid course brakes so it maintains its pacing without slowing down

Spinach. Velocicoaster is definitely the most intense coaster I've ever been on which is sayin' something. The top hat portion just screams airtime
Definitely agree on boomerangs being worse than SLCs. SLCs at least have a layout, boomerang is just 2 elements you do twice. My local one even has special restraints that not only cause headbanging but also clamp down on your chest without any leeway and constantly get tighter so by the end you're genuinely struggling to breathe.
I find it funny how he used footage of timberhawk as a “rickety old woody.” It no joke might be one of the smoothest wooden coasters I’ve been on😂

I understand why people think Steve is RMCs best, but honestly I'd ride twisted Colossus over Steve having ridden both. Granted I did race on twisted, so I've had it at its best, but it was just more enjoyable for me, not forceful but tasteful. Steve just feels like we asked if we could, not if we should.

Te SLCs are really only rough because of the age and “track improvements” or track replacements that happen over time as they cause it to slightly misalign or bank to much

Sounds like you haven't been on Pipeline: The Surf Coaster lol. I also prefer Wildcats Revenge over some of the RMC's you mention and you didn't even put it in the list :( Granted it's higher on my list entirely due to location, but it's seriously just as good as Arie imo.

Gerstlauer’s worst coaster has to be Typhoon at Bobbejaanland belgium probably if i remember correctly the thing broke down like 3 times in a couple years with ppl stuck in the middle of the vertical lift hill lmao also bc that lift hill is so old and broken it causes the trains to go up rlly slowly which causes queues of 60min+ most days which is a lot for such a small park

@@inlinechris interesting take, Goliath definitely has a great layout, I personally prefer the new gen b&m hypers (mako, candymonium) to the older hypers (nitro, even shambhala and obv Apollos chariot)
I think that the best RMC is Iron gwazi, steel vengeance has more quantity airtime then quality airtime (basically just the top hat and outerbank are the only amazing moments of strong airtime) where with Iron gwazi it doesn't have as much airtime but what it does have is better than every hill in steel vengeance's 2d half. Arie force one is a close second, for the same reasons but I think the drop isn't as good, and the quad down should have been a double down
