    Regret for the things we did can be tempered by time; it is regret for the things we did not do that is inconsolable.

I found a lot of similarities the way she sees things. It i kind of sad that she became part of Hy house crowd. But , good for her. She needs money , too for all the things she deserves.

    You’ve been since the very beginning one big inspiration for perusing my dream of making a difference in the world by sharing stories and knowledges that other people would identify with and get a better vision of their lives. I’ve after meeting the school of greatness I gave the start on my journey on my channel, it was fantastic and I didn’t know at the time that I would get the pressures that I came true, good ones mostly because I got many people that loved and they’ve expected to get on a weekly basis news videos. Little did I know and they also nowadays don’t know how much work I have to put into the producing of the content, I then got stuck with many conditions over the year, but the good news are that I didn’t give up and have been working on learning more about the platform and started backing myself with the sources of building materials and more so getting great connections with people, that now realized that may be supporting me, this connections came on the way not because of I asked them for help in anyway, what happened was by helping them with their own lives, being there for them that I’ve been blessed now with a circle of people that are amazing dreamers. Now that I’ve been preparing to reinvent my channel and start making new videos this broadcast is giving me the great advice to make the list of the things happened in my way that I DID WRONG, and the people that I’ve met that I’ve SHOULD NOT have allowed to GET ON my way with not the same passions that I truly have. I wanted to write thanks for making my eyes open to this problems I’ve gone on 2018 and for sure I have now my list written and now are my fuel of courage that I’ll start a new year with more positive things by getting away from all that I know I regret I didn’t let happened!! For that thanks 🙏🏻 so very much!!

    I haven't had arthritis to know how painful it can be, but I do believe that if you give the body a chance to heal itself, it will, of anything ...by way of intermittent fasting (healing time), and alkaline foods, distilled water ... all enable detox and inherent natural healing .. take it or leave it, but would love to see such a lovely soul as Bronnie freed up from her autoimmunity, arthritis .. no dairy, meats .. just check an acid/alkaline food list ..

    I guess it all depends on how you define regret. I always thought that if you reach the end of your life and don't have any regrets, you didn't do it right. Life is about learning and sometimes you have to learn them the hard way. If you had to do it again you'd do it differently- BECAUSE YOU LEARNED. And what is life without learning.

    Please tell Mrs. Bronnie Ware, that fasting, diet, exercise and sleep, can greatly help rheumatoid arthritis.
    I know because I am 63 years old and two years ago I was diagnosed this condition and I was willing to just give up, but I started Yoga and exercise and cold showers every morning which helped a lot to improve my mobility and to deal with the rheumatoid arthritis but the next day I would have to start over again with the same morning routine to just become flexible enough to have my body feel normal and healthy though out the day.
    BUT the real life changing miracle came this summer in July when I fasted for nine days straight only drinking water.
    I decided to fast after watching UA-cam videos from: Dr Annette Bosworth, Thomas DeLauer, Dr. Eric Berg DC., Dr. Jason Fung, Dr Ken Berry, Dr. Nick Zyrowski, Dr Darren Schmidt, Dr Mindy Petz, Dr Eric Westmen, Dom D'Agostino, Suzanne Ryan. Shawn Stevenson, Jon Butcher, Ben Greenfield, Rob Stuart, Max Lugavere, Jimmy Moore and Mark Sisson and meany more but this is a good start.
    All of these people talk and show the science behind fasting, while eating a high fat, low carbohydrate, low fruits, moderate protein, and lots of vegetables diet plan and life style to help manage and even eliminate inflammation in the body which in turn reduces (and sometimes completely eliminates) the effects of so called incurable chronic diseases.
    I am living proof that these people know what they are talking about because I have gotten my life back.
    And I also play the guitar so I know what she is experiencing.
    Please share this information with her so she can research these peoples' UA-cam videos and then if she decides to implement these little changes in diet, the time she eats her food, while also engaging in moderate exercise, and managing her sleep, her life will change for the better just as mine has.

      Thank you, Robert. Yes, I've been on a good journey of learning myself too. There's so much great wisdom out there. I've found the Ayurvedic path the most healing for me. (I actually write about this healing journey in my third book, Bloom.) Thanks for your loving care.

  • @charleshurstreinvention3959
    @charleshurstreinvention3959 3 роки тому

    I tell my own subscribers of having only one life to live this: Fact is that most will die with regret of things they didn't do versus the things they did that were failures. Failure is far less painful than than the pain of never trying at all. Trust me on this as a former skilled nursing home provider. Everyone in their last days said the same thing--how all they did was pay bills, how they never wrote that book or saw Nepal. I can tell you that I have had massive failures of things attempted that just weren't meant to be. But I have minimal regret because I DID attempt them. And that is the key to having minimal regret in life. Everyone has regrets but they should be small. If you pursue everything you dream about--failure or not you will have a sense of at least giving it a best shot. That's the secret. Hope this helps---Charles
