In this video, we navigate the challenging terrain of ADHD, its link to the brain's 'dopamine deficits,' and how our modern lifestyle of endless scrolling and binge-watching exacerbates this struggle.
    The Answer to squashing boredom?
    Flow states 🌊
Watch on as we dive into three key strategies you can employ right now to find your flow:
🥅 Clear Goals - Discover how to set short-term, actionable goals that give your mind clarity and help it get into the flow.
🔫 Momentum Triggers - Learn about reducing friction and focusing on smaller, more achievable tasks to initiate the flow.
👯 Body Doubling - Find out how this unique technique, popular among ADHD coaches, leverages our innate social wiring to foster focus and concentration.

    🗣️ What our members say
”Flown has been a godsend for me. I am a freelancer working from home, which can be a little isolating. Scheduling Flocks in my calendar really forces me to sit down to work at pre-defined times in the day. This not only adds some much needed structure and routine to my day-to-day, but it also gets me to connect with other people on a daily basis. So it’s a win for productivity and mental health!”

I’m having chronic boredom since I was a child and it’s gotten worse over the time. Now I’m at school and it’s really taking overhand to the point where I have trouble sleeping (I’m getting my diagnosis for adhd soon though I hope stuff will change soon then)

Also early childhood development can play a part in that. If your parents didn't teach you emotional regulation or didnt play with you much, you will have issues with being bored

Great video with amazing tips for flow! I realized during the pandemic just how vital flow was to my life when suddenly I couldn't get it at all, and then even when I eventually could it was at the whim of my brain. But I've got my precious flow state back thanks to FLOWN! My brain and my soul are SO MUCH happier now!

the problem is, even when i end up breaking things into smaller steps, i can often forget what those steps are, and i often end up not having fun anyway... so, uh...

This is such a staple of ADHD community: people saying they'll get back to you and then never doing it. Comes with the territory haha
