My life is so damn boring. Like doing the same thing all over again each day. Woke up in the morning grabbing my phone go to social media and when my phone runs out of battery i changed on laptop and did the same thing. I know on myself that i need to do something, change something to improve myself but i don't have the courage to take a step even a small step. I'm scared going outside and interact with people. I'm so freaking noob can't even study for 10 mins i see myself as a trash like I'm 20 and still a burden to my parents I can't even open up to someone cuz I don't have friends here in our village cuz I'm always in my room spending my freakin time on social media.

I'm 33, but felt like I have lost my way in life since I was 25, like what's the point of life,, why am I still alive, whats the purpose of all this, why and why etc etc. I'm just hanging on because I'm still breathing, whilst still trying to find the fun things in life, the little things that gave me a bit of motivation to just continue on, and don't "quit" just yet..
Also it isn't easy to "quit" this life,, cause I don't know what will really happen after,, and the fear of "quitting" will be so much painful if I decide to do it.. and I might regret it 😢

Within a day of watching the content on this channel I'd already made a game plan for my next week and how I'm going to pull myself out of my demotivated rut (which kind of just happened after slouching around the house eating various tasty things for the past week during the holidays). From experience, if you have the luxury to have a period of time to do nothing. You can get super unmotived, to the point where even stuff you like to do feels like a chore. The key is that you have to force yourself to do something against your will. If you can do that, then the motivation to do other things comes back. Your motivation gets stronger the more you do.

In my experiences, I see myself routinely going in a cycle..but what makes a difference is acknowledges my constant routine, then take a little risk/change on a certain small detail during the cycle. I realize you must believe to give whatever you desire a “try”; make your judgement either to take or leave the idea. Lastly, confidently flow with the routine to turn it into a habit.

I seriously Thank God I found this Channel and subscribed to it... The Things this Channel does its something I have not seen like, never!. Right know I am in a social situation that I dont rlly like and guess What? I Cant move on bc I've been here for like 2 months and some days felt boring as this guy said and, well I would say 90% of my life I Live it normally, not in fantasies or depressed, but the other 10%...well thats the part of my Life that I feel depressed, think about my Crush, feel Bad bc I feel like I will never be able to be with her, then I feel Hope, then i think about all the friends that have betrayed me, and basically I hate every single person that annoys me.
And today was one of those days, then I checked my subscriptions, and Watched this wonderfull video.
Dude I know you will prob not read this but discovering your Channel has helped a pretty decent amount.... There are 6 hours left of this Day, maybe I still have time to Live my life like the 90% of it.

So often I see content that turns me off because the message has this undertone of inferiority and superiority bakes in to the delivery and sprinkled with little hints that their particular video or content is the only way to reach xyz. This video helps to give a grounded look in to the saying take it day by day. I’ve recently started doing that with my diet and working out. I’m not concerned with daily gains and fantasies about cutting corners etc. I’m just focusing on what I can do today and what my values are and bringing my life closer and closer each day to those values to make my life better. Thank you for putting this video out I hope it helps other peoples journey, it’s reenforced my journey for sure.

Don't delete your social media accounts. It's not healthy to isolate yourselves completely. What you need to do is limit your amount of time on social media. It can be hard to break the habit of checking social media during every moment of your free time, but it's not impossible.
Fill these spare moments in productive, healthy ways:
go for a walk, excercise, meditate, read a book, talk to a friend; do whatever it is that makes you feel relaxed and happy
Social media isn't the problem. It's your perception of the things that you see on social media that's the real issue. When used in the right manner, spcial media can be a helpful tool to connect with people, to network, and expand your job opportunities.

Your channel is the only self improvement channel I have encountered featuring humble, useful, down to earth, yet very well written and actually helpful and inspiring ideas to reach out to people. Thank you for that and for not using the usual "Look at me, I am a creator / entrerpreneur / not boring / amazing / self-made / unconvential and (god forbid) not 9-17 guy, if I can do it you can too" story that basically is show off and makes people feel worse than before watching the video. Keep up the good work and the good life choices.

Yeah, its the background music and his monotone voice. But at least it's realistic and now I feel less depressed cause he spells out that day-to-day life is the same routine over and over (for most of us). Best part though is that he called other people's social media "a highlight reel". Very helpful to realize that.

Ocelots are awesome. When I was a kid my dad knew a guy who was a wild animal importer. This was back before they had laws about such things. Long story short, one time he stopped by with some animals and one of them was an Ocelot, which ended up getting loose in our house. He F’ng wrecked the place in 30 seconds flat. Curtains, furniture, pictures off the wall, just trashed the place before the guy could catch him. I was just a little kid, but that cat blew my mind.
