I had a unit with intermittent 15bar pressure loss and a slight judder in the hose. Machine had all new valves, o-rings etc. Turned out it was one of the hard water seals was worn swapped it out (along with the other 2 fault went away).

If storing for a long time drain all the water. If if a climate that freezes, run anti-freeze through the pump, hose and gun jet.

Hi,Kranzle 1050p Water Pressure Issue the problem we're experiencing is that the water pressure unit starts running smoothly for about 15 to 20 minutes, but then it automatically cuts off. After a short while, it starts again, but this continuous cut-in and cut-out cycle has become problematic. Additionally, we've noticed that the motor body heats up during this process . Could you please provide us with guidance on what might be causing this issue and the steps we should take to troubleshoot it?

Tomorrow I will check my brand new X A17 TST. I guess my pressure washer has a pulsating pressure loss.

Hi. Pulsating pressure loss is usually the check valves. Here's a tutorial on how to fix that. www.kranzleusa.com/blog/kranzle-blog-3/post/kranzle-repair-learn-how-to-replace-check-valves-69
