Is it in ECO mode? Are you using factory accessories with your Kranzle or 3rd party? If 3rd party are the right size orifice? To small of an orifice on your accessories can create back pressure, over amping and cause breakers to flip.

Are you using the factory accessories? If not, the orifice size of your nozzle may be to large. *We are the USA dealer and do not sell the model you are asking about. The USA equivalent is the 1122TST.

Hmm. Strange. You took 3 of 6 check valves out, no issue, re-installed and all's good. Odd. Lee wonders if it got "vapor" locked somehow. Very unusual. I've got to ask. Hello Sir, I believe you are saying that you are struggling to start your pressure washer because of the pressure that builds up in the high-pressure line. Assuming that this is the case, there could be a couple different causes for this issue. A simple solution is to remove any high-pressure nozzles from the gunjet/lance assembly to decrease restriction. Then attempt to start the engine while the trigger is squeezed on the gunjet. In commercial applications, you could implement a high-pressure ball valve on the hose end that would allow you to start the machine without the gunjet connected, and then close the valve and install the gunjet after it is running. As for your particular situation, most consumer machines are equipped with a “start-up relief valve” or “easy start valve” that momentarily bypasses flow until the engine is running at full speed and the pump can go into bypass. If this is a new issue that valve may be malfunctioning or defective. If you are able to start the machine with the gunjet squeezed (open/spraying) and then the engine stalls when the trigger is released (closed), then the unloader valve might require service. Hi. The main reason is quick disconnects tend to leak, even a small drip. This allows air into the system and can result in cavitation. This is for the water in line. Using quick disconnects at the water OUT low points is OK.

Hi. We are not sure if you are asking to replace the factory cord with a longer one use an extension cord. We do not recommend either. Here is why. Pressure washers draw an “in rush” current of approximately three (3) times the running current that your machine is rated for. Due to this, extending the power supply cord for your pressure washer will risk creating a voltage drop which will ultimately damage the motor capacitor. So, for running a pressure washer off of a properly sized generator (5400 starting watts), we recommend against using an extension cord or lengthening your power cord. If you are powering your pressure washer from a building outlet and “must” use an extension cord, a 10 AWG cord no longer than 25’ can be used. It is, however, not recommended.

Sure. Just make sure the GPM is more than your Kranzle. If you machine is 2 gpm, the water flow has to match. Kranzle can handle heat up to 140 degree Fahrenheit.

Hi. Not sure what you are asking.. please clarify.

I don’t really understand the question. However, I’m guessing it’s one of two questions: (Q): Is it possible to get “the wrong size ball bearing” at the discharge valve? (A): Kränzle uses two different size bearings in the non-return valves of the various sized pumps. Those two bearing sizes are 8.5mm & 10mm. Either size bearing should work in the non-return valve of most pump models. Sometimes we switch the 10mm to the 8.5mm bearing in an effort to correct bleed down and short cycling issues. (Q): Is it possible to “install” the ball bearing wrong at the discharge valve? (A): The order of the parts in the non-return valve must be followed from the drawing. That said, installing the parts in the incorrect order is difficult to do. The spring goes into the fitting, widest end first. Then the ball bearing goes into the valve housing. Then install the fitting into the valve housing. Those are my two interpretations and the answers for either question. If you still need help feel free to give us a call at 800.544.1188 M-F 9-5 EST.

Hmm.. That sound exactly like how a gun-jet is supposed to work. Pull the trigger and water flows. Let go of the trigger, then water stops flowing. On, off. On, off.. Not sure what you mean by I can't shoot then stop... are you saying if you stop spraying the trigger no longer works and you can't spray again? If so, then yes. Something is wrong with your gun-jet.

@@kranzleusa5846 Eco mode is turned off. Using a pressure washer wand/nozzles from amazon not sure which ones exactly. The gfi starts to trip after about 10 minutes of use. and then trips after about 5 seconds of use after running for the 10 minutes. Nozzle says its a 40 degree, not sure on the orifice size.

Hi. Using the official Kranzle attachments that come with the machine do not make it go over 15 amps. This is Michael with Kranzle USA and I use my personal 1122TST with Kranzle accessories with NO issues on my standard 15 amp circuts. Just get the 20amp circuit put in. This way you’re covered even if you decide to use something like a foam cannon with a 1.1 or 1.25 orifice.

Hi. Make pressure is 1400. The gauge is used on different machines as well and so goes higher than 1400. Please, do not try to get "more" pressure. The seals of the machine are not designed for that and it will hurt the machine. You can get lower pressure if you want by changing the orifice size of your nozzle. Lower pressure is OK. Higher pressure than a machine is designed for will break it.
