Good morning @TheSlappy1000 , Yes, that is a design change present from 2022 onward. The sight glass proved to be a weaker point on the unit itself so it was eliminated and replaced with a full housing as your unit shows.

Technically, a inverter generator of appropriate size will work. However, it does not produce as clean of current as a standard generator. This means that while it will work you will likely see an impact on the systems electrical components throughout the service life of the unit.

While you wouldn't be able to upgrade to a Kranzle pump, there are several commercial duty options available for that engine size. This link is to a General Pump, TP series. One of our local service centers uses this pump exclusively for that engine size when sourcing a replacement. Hello @DaveSangste. Sorry to hear about your malfunction; we can certainly help you troubleshoot the issue. Depending on the circumstances, there could be more than one cause for pressure loss. Can you confirm what nozzle is on the end of the gunjet lance assy? If it is not one of the factory supplied nozzles, then what orifice size is it? The C11/130 should use a #4.5 orifice nozzle. The gauge doesn’t have a marking for a measurement below 1000psi, so are you reading “100 Bar” on the gauge instead of PSI? Also, is the gauge reading that pressure when the trigger is released? Because if so, then the unloader is NOT going into bypass and is likely a part of the issue. It may be time to rebuild it. The C11/130 also has a high-pressure soap valve and pulls from a water tank. If the high-pressure soap valve is open, it can suck in air which will cavitate the pump and prevent full pressure. Close the valve and/or place the hose in a bucket of water during your test. The hose pulling water from the onboard tank has a screen at the bottom of it; be sure that it is clean and clear of debris. That can also starve the pump and cause cavitation. If the first few steps don’t indicate the cause for pressure loss, then you can remove and inspect the check valves from the brass pump valve housing. Check the o-rings below the valves for damage or breakdown and make sure the fill the valve housing with some water when you reassemble it so that it can prime easier. Lastly, check the pump oil (which you should technically do first) to see if there’s any evidence of worn out water seals/packings. That will certainly prevent the pump from pulling water from the tank, and subsequently create full pressure. Technically if it matched the same spec, provided thermal overload protection, and sealed in the enclosure, yes it could be used. However, using aftermarket parts such as that on the electrical system will void the OEM warranty.

Good morning @1kontrabida , Regarding the ermeto tube there is not an alternative replacement for it at this time. However, if you are finding that its corroding easily would you by chance be running extremely hard water through it or possibly DI water? It would be rare that we see those fail or clog. As far as the unloader sticking can you define what you mean? Is it hesitating like failing to bypass properly? or are you saying that you pull the trigger and it doesn't release pressure from the head fast enough. Depending on the answer you are either looking for an issue after the head - leaking QC's, weeping gunjet assembly, partially clogged nozzles. Or you are going to need to remove the control piston and inspect the parbaks for wear and tear. These can be replaced as individuals or with the entire control piston. Technically, yes. However it would be very rare that there would be any benefit to it. When it comes to the wet sand blasting attachment the sand it doing 99% of the work. The water is just aiding in pick up and helping it hit the surface harder. Hot water shouldn't impact anything for the good, or bad.

Good morning, When tackling the negative effects of RO/ DI water there wouldn't be a benefit to running a protecting lubricant through the pump after the fact. The purpose of running fresh water through the pump is to basically 'replace or replenish' the minerals in the metal that was removed from the DI. Most pump protecting lubricant's will not aid with that.

As discussed in the video a 3600 watt generator does not meet the recommended operating requirements of the 22 series machines. While some customers have short term or limited success with it, the electrical system can be damaged using an undersized generator for this task.

Correct, we do not recommend using any quick disconnects on the water inlet supply. Minimum requirements on the inlet would be 3/4" ID for these machines.

Is it in ECO mode? Are you using factory accessories with your Kranzle or 3rd party? If 3rd party are the right size orifice? To small of an orifice on your accessories can create back pressure, over amping and cause breakers to flip.

Are you using the factory accessories? If not, the orifice size of your nozzle may be to large. *We are the USA dealer and do not sell the model you are asking about. The USA equivalent is the 1122TST.

Hmm. Strange. You took 3 of 6 check valves out, no issue, re-installed and all's good. Odd. Lee wonders if it got "vapor" locked somehow. Very unusual. I've got to ask. Hello Sir, I believe you are saying that you are struggling to start your pressure washer because of the pressure that builds up in the high-pressure line. Assuming that this is the case, there could be a couple different causes for this issue. A simple solution is to remove any high-pressure nozzles from the gunjet/lance assembly to decrease restriction. Then attempt to start the engine while the trigger is squeezed on the gunjet. In commercial applications, you could implement a high-pressure ball valve on the hose end that would allow you to start the machine without the gunjet connected, and then close the valve and install the gunjet after it is running. As for your particular situation, most consumer machines are equipped with a “start-up relief valve” or “easy start valve” that momentarily bypasses flow until the engine is running at full speed and the pump can go into bypass. If this is a new issue that valve may be malfunctioning or defective. If you are able to start the machine with the gunjet squeezed (open/spraying) and then the engine stalls when the trigger is released (closed), then the unloader valve might require service. Hi. The main reason is quick disconnects tend to leak, even a small drip. This allows air into the system and can result in cavitation. This is for the water in line. Using quick disconnects at the water OUT low points is OK.

Hi. We are not sure if you are asking to replace the factory cord with a longer one use an extension cord. We do not recommend either. Here is why. Pressure washers draw an “in rush” current of approximately three (3) times the running current that your machine is rated for. Due to this, extending the power supply cord for your pressure washer will risk creating a voltage drop which will ultimately damage the motor capacitor. So, for running a pressure washer off of a properly sized generator (5400 starting watts), we recommend against using an extension cord or lengthening your power cord. If you are powering your pressure washer from a building outlet and “must” use an extension cord, a 10 AWG cord no longer than 25’ can be used. It is, however, not recommended.

Sure. Just make sure the GPM is more than your Kranzle. If you machine is 2 gpm, the water flow has to match. Kranzle can handle heat up to 140 degree Fahrenheit.
