Thanks! Yes I do. I usually only consume calories 3 times a day. In between I avoid consuming calories although I sometimes do have a cappuccino. Otherwise I have breakfast at 8/9 o clock in the morning after I’ve been awake for 1-2 hours. I usually have lunch at 1 o clock and try to have dinner before 8 in the the evening as it promotes my sleep to stop eating 2-3 hours prior bedtime 😊
