Hey!! Love your video, thank you so much for this. Quick question, were your LED strips all touching/together? Or is there a gap between the LED strips? I can’t tell in the video and I have a gap in mine and I’m not sure if that’s the cause of my screen issue
I am not sure. The LEDs for the backlight are embedded in the panel and can't be accessed easily?

@Elecami I have a Samsung frame tv. Everything works fine except for couple of vertical lines on them. What part do you think needs to be changed on it. Please advice
Usually means the panel has gone bad. Need to replace the panel.
With high risk of making the problem much worse, you can try pressing on the edge of the glass where the flex connection is attached to the edge of the glass to see if the problem can be improved.
Thank you for the content. Where can I get a new replacement screen? I tried samsung but they seem only keen to refer me to their "approved repair" which cost nearly the same price as a new tv

Not expecting a reply so long after this was uploaded, but is it possible to buy genuine screen replacements as individual parts?
I'm struggling to find a replacement for a 65" Frame screen at the moment.
I try to replay to all comments. Not overwhelming amount, usually.

I was able to contact them through that and request the panel that was not listed online and they gave a quote.
which tool do you use to remove the back cover ?
I used a large flat screwdriver for this. There are probably better tools, screwdriver can make scratches if you are not carful.
What parts did you order and how much did it end up costing you?
I just got a replacement panel. That is all I needed. Use the Part number from the old one to order.

Can you open the damaged panel without destroying it? I have an insect stuck in there I need to remove.
Not sure it would be possible. I think it will break. There are a lot of clips holding the edges, holding all the layers together.
Don't try to take it apart until you know you can get a replacement. Just in case.

How do you get Samsung replacement parts? Are you an authorized Samsung service center or can anyone order them? Just wondering in case I ever need to fix my 65" Frame.
Depends where you live. Somewhere in the country will be a Samsung Service Center, Samsung Spare Parts provider or a third party place that sells official Samsung parts.
I am not authorized for anything. I was able to email the Samsung Spare Parts place with details of what I wanted and order the parts.
I gave them Model Number, Version and Serial number of the TV and the Panel Part number.
It was a bit confusing and they changed what part number I needed a few times. I ended up with BN95-08527A for this TV.

How much was the new screen?
I think it cost around $250. It was a while ago. Price will depend on your location and availably.
My mother recently broke her recent gift. And well now she tells me that best buy won't help her cause Samsung doesn't make the screens anymore, help me please
You will have to find a local service center to look at at. The should have access to what parts are available.

Please don't ever buy any Samsung TV ever again.
I've had three TVs die on me with the same problem - boot loop and there is no sure way to fix it.
If you are out of warranty, your only option is to do a complete panel replacement and it will set you back $400
Must have been a bad batch. Many others have not had issues for years.
