    Put a mini nether fortress through the biomes - you can use this so that the 'visitors' can have a visible and safe pathway through the biomes. This also means that you can place lava and other dangers for a more aesthetic vibe.

    That was an amazing time lapse of breaking bedrock!
    Thanks for the shout out, glad it worked for you!
    It is a quirky method but you do have to use pistons and also clip very fast. Or could use the 2 tnt method which is 100% on fast clicking and good connection.

    14:08 If stuck in cobwebs, Endermen don't teleport unless an arrow is shot at then or a splash water bottle. You can put cobwebs in the floor, put a cyan or a light blue carpet on it and make and enderman walk on it. Though i'm not sure if you can put carpet on cobwebs

    The nether biome strips are great. They really capture feel of the different biomes and look like they were plucked out of a real museum exhibit. Putting the lava under glass is exactly what would happen. I think there is a job waiting for you at the Smithsonian.

  • @brickbot2.038
    @brickbot2.038 3 роки тому +1

    (Some of these idea I didn't come up with myself, but saw them elsewhere, and I'm promoting them because I want more of a chance of them being seen. 😄)
    You should create a Nether fortress to act as a path through the exhibits, which would allow you to keep all the dangerous things on the ground, without players having to go down there. Endermen could also won't teleport while in cobwebs, and that could be a good way to keep them in place, if you can find out a way to hide the cobweb a bit. The last idea is that for the walls for the biome exhibits, you recreate the fog with glass (Like you did with the Nether wastes). I guess you would only be able to do that facing one wall though, as the other wall is right up against the the rest of the museum. It would also be cool if you could find a way to simulate the particles in each biome, but I can imagine that being fairly difficult (Perhaps use the water and lava dripping particles for the warped and crimson forests!).
    Anyways, great work as always, and I can't wait to see your rendition of the netherite exhibit! (I love the idea of seeing the various mining methods, and I think it would be cool if you enhanced the mining area a bit to feel more like a mineshaft)

    Maybe to show technical aspects of the nether and include an interactive exhibit, you could have some sort of soul sand/soul soil path with a chest at the start with soul speed boots. Visitors could put on the boots and test out the speed on the soul sand/soul soil and return them to a chest at the end of the exhibit. Also, I think the orange glass covering the lava works well in the representation of the basalt delta, and your building skills made it look great!

    Suggestion: You could build a path/bridge-like structure in the nether exhibit. Similar to a path you walk on in swampy areas during a hiking trip in real life. When walking on the path you wouldn't have to worry about players catching fire or walking slowly on soul sand and since you would be elevated from the ground you could see the Glowstone clusters better.

    Just FYI @Pixlriffs, I usually watch your videos on my smart TV, and since you have started using 4k I notice that whenever you do a timelapse, my TV (which is technically an Android device) has trouble displaying the time lapse. What it looks like is, the video seems to stop and the audio keeps going, sometimes if I pause and restart the video, it works for a while and then happens again. It only happens during timelapses, and so I need to come onto my PC to watch the videos. It's really strange, because none of the other videos I watch on my TV seem to suffer the same effect.

    We can have a dispenser throwing fire resistance potion at players at the start of each nether exhibit. That would make sense

    Pixlriffs, Instead of putting glass over lava for the basalt delta exhibit, mabye you could substitute the lava for shroom lights. Just like what you did for the lava river on a mountain in founders forge (I think).
