I really enjoyed this time with him. He is such a real musician with natural presence. I really wish I could see him live.t would have another great show to take to my grave when my time comes and another great ticket to add to my collectlon.
Brilliant - Thanks for posting - I think Daoiri is unique - and a really outstanding singer and musician - so many variations in his work (I've never heard 2 of his versions of 'The Creggan White Hare' that sounded the same - and all of them great!) I much prefer his solo work, but that's just my preference - I'll always remember with pleasure the time he spent with this 'old scroat' when he played the Victoria Hall in Settle - Thanks again Mr Cunningham and Mr Farrell !
Does anybody know the lyrics of this song (pat rainey)? It's so nice and I would love to play it myself. Unfortunately i cannot figure out everything he's singing...
Brilliant..... Daoiri is my new favourite. Could and do listen to him all day. He's bringing a new freshness to Irish traditional folk. "Keep her lit"
What an amazing singer and musician! He is an artist extraodinaire.
Pure Irish and a joy to hear, music, voice and that beautiful soft accent. Lifting the mantle from Christy Moore and Andy Irvine.
So happy to have found this talent
You tube recommendations him and I'm glad they did. The more I lisen to him, the more I really like him.
Thanx You Tube
Wonderful program, I love Daoiri''s music, especially his vocals! Brings out my ancient Irish roots. Love it!

Would love a full version of Tipping it up to Nancy with just Daoiri on the bodhran. His voice here is amazing, better than his album version IMO.

Fabby acoustic playing without any frills and bells!
Of course, Daoiri is excellent! But enjoyed seeing & hearing all the other "background singers" on the fol de la song!
