- It’s coming up on 2 years since I switched from a MR2 Turbo Electric Power Steering Pump to a Full Electric Assisted Steering Column. It saved around 10lbs and freed up an output from the ecu.
I got an all trac myself about 6 months ago (first car I've bought myself) and your channel is an inspiration man
You’ve convinced me to ditch the auto tilt. I 3D printed a Fox for my column plastic but I don’t want to break it again.
Still, to this day I grab the steering wheel when I remove the key. Lol.
I have stumbled on some info to change our racks to a 2.5. I want to stay hydraulic, but the tilt is a near useless function for me. @@alltrac101
I’ve been wanting to go e power steering now for a while. Company in California is making true 100% electric kits now (using a Prius motor) no fluid needed and all fits under the dash. I’m having issues with my normal P/S pumps on my JZ leaking or cavitation when revving to 9000rpm or above. So hope this is my savior and works out.

It would be awesome to get this thing in the new TRC racing series.
It’s becoming harder to participate and be competitive even in the slower classes. Car is just too heavy and I’m not going to cut up the car so it’s staying more street than strip.

I don’t recall. But probably within spec. from the BGB 🙏
