New Brake Pad & Rotor Kit from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1APBS00044
This video shows you how to install front brake pads and rotors on your 1998-2010 Volkswagen Beetle. Brake pads wear out over time, much like tires, and need replacing, on average, every 50,000 miles, with variations depending on driving habits and environment. Brake rotors may also need to be replaced if they are warped or grooved. Often, it’s safer and more cost effective to replace pads and rotors at the same time. Squealing or grinding noises, or wheel vibration are all symptoms of worn brakes.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:

1999 Volkswagen Beetle

Wow you REALLY cleaned that hub and knuckle SOO WELL! 😂 It was just suddenly new. AND a nee set of struts?! Yowza...noyce+
Do you take off the reservoir cap, before compressing cylinder?
The brake sensor was broken. Was there a light on the dash?
Damn, it went from rust, to new to rust again wth 🤣
Still, very informative, thank you so much, question, I'm about to do this change, y do have the abs light on and the "brake light" blinking all the time, do you think this will fix the issue?
Yes too bad the old rusty calipers were not replaced also. Future failure ahead. Looks a a car from up North. Thanks for the good parts tho.
