  • I've been losing weight for 2 weeks now and I have been successful at it, however I want to change some things so that I am able to lose more weight in the same span of time.

    That's way too much excerise brother. It's going to both hurt you mentally and physically. Train less but make it worth it. Make it high intensity.

    It might make sense to reduce physical activity. Maintaining a high pace daily is challenging, and besides, the body gets used to it, leaving you without the energy and ability to "surprise" it with new loads.

    Hey this is my first time here. It’s great to hear about your progress. You must know what you’re doing because you’ve already lost some weight but from experience it sounds you’re trying to do a lot. Doing so much exercise in one day might make you susceptible to injury. And that can halt ur journey easily. Walking and another form of exercise is great for a day :)

    Halo Top is pretty good. I've lost about 30 pounds and gained muscle since the fall. Found the biggest thing is finding habits that are sustainable (food, exercise, etc). Really good idea trying to find a healthy alternative to a sweet craving. I love sweets and have found that halo top, chocolate rice cakes, etc satisfy that craving. Never as good as the real thing but good enough to allow me not to binge on the bad stuff. Most important thing is to find habits that are sustainable and will continue after this challenge. Like other comments, I'm thinking you are overloading. It's all about consistency and sticking to it. Rooting for you

    Hey pasha what do you do for work? Are you a fool time UA-camr? I’ve been on my own health journey the past three months, so I understand the pain of trying to get all your exercise in for the day.

    that is way too much exercise for one day, do the walk and the weight training every day and you will lose weight

    Take Creatine, it helps a lot with exercising (definitely when ur just starting). It helped me a lot and I still take it!

      Just be aware it does technically increase your weight a tiny bit by increasing water weight, If you do end up taking Creatine don't let the potential increase/slow in decrease of weight discourage you
