Nikki. Suggestion. f you go this direction by getting a 4x4, you should learn how to air down your tires when you are off road or on long stretches of gravel roads. Lots of UA-cam vids on how to do it. Airing down is better for your tires, will give you better grip, and will soften that bumpy ride you were experiencing.

I've seen your videos & I think a Subaru with the Symmetrical All Wheel Drive system (best of any AWD vehicle imo) would best suit you. 4x4 Trucks simply waste too much fuel but are very spacious. A 4 cyl Subaru would be a great in-between.

There's a company out there that sells a 3 inch lift kit for the 2022 Sienna minivan that's only like $600 bucks and simple to install, so that would help a little with the light trails you like to take. Wouldn't make it a rock crawler but it would help some.

Hybrid Sienna will be far more affordable. Gas for a vehicle like this is going to be 2-3x that of a nice hybrid. Toss stealth right out the window as well. I really enjoyed the sienna you had. You could park virtually anywhere and nobody would bat an eye. I believe a sienna has nearly double the space as the prius!

Hi Nikki, just a tip for off-roading a truck. You need to air down your tires if you’re going on rough terrain in order to soften your ride and it’s good for your suspension. Air down your tire to 20 PSI. Then Air up when driving to normal road. Get the air back to pave and highway driving.

However if you need to balance the disadvantages such as gas prices and maneuverability etc. to the advantages a small vehicle entitled you to. Only you can be the best judge of that. I was drawn to your channel because you turned a Prius into a home. I've seen lots of truck bed campers, van campers and SUV campers but you made a Prius stand out. I know you'd love the upgrade and the room to stretch out but the cost to run this rig in repairs and of course the price of gas is a big step. If your cash flow will support everything I say go for it, but with the price of gasoline and diesel heading for $10 a gal by the end of the year, we're all going to feel it. I'd say keep you options open, check around for other rigs or build out your own. Well anytime I've sent you a comment, I've been upfront with you on everything and sent advice when I thought it might help. Take care of that knee and hope to hear good news about it. Take care Nikki and be safe.

In addition to reflecting body heat to keep you warm, they also can be used to reflect heat, so when the sun is coming at you full blast, you can create your own shade anywhere you need it with a couple well placed space blankets.

Diddo. I think it’s a possibility. I just saw a motorcycle company give away a motorcycle to a UA-camr. With less subscribers than this channel. She called them herself and asked if they’d be interested in borrowing her a motorcycle. They just gave her one in exchange for using it in her videos. Obviously the motorcycle doesn’t cost nearly as much. But who knows? I don’t know how you’d go about asking? Actually there’s another UA-cam channel (Dr. Samantha or something???) where the girl uses a similar rig. She supposedly lives in it. Though it doesn’t look lived in. Her videos don’t feel completely legit. Like it’s more about advertising the rig than actually truly living in it. But who knows.

I've camped in pickups, vans, and wagons for almost 30 years and my favorite setups were the ones where, like your Prius, the living and driving compartment were the same space. Hi Nikki. One small thing to consider before making a final decision on your next vehicle. I have heard a number of people remark that they had previously owned a truck camper such as that, and their biggest reason for no longer owning one was that they found many instances (especially in wet or cold weather situations) where it was inconvenient to have to go outside to drive away from a possibly dodgy spot, or any spot really. On another note, I am sure I have seen your folks and your sister on previous videos, but I was reminded after the last one that 2 such beautiful and adorable women came from the same family. Then in this video I saw your Mom again and realized how that was possible. It is so cool that your Mom is up for these little adventure trips with you. Y'all are lucky to have each other. I love and appreciate your love of nature, adventure, and even caring passion for animals; helping them along the way. I see or understand that you've learned, and, no doubt, still learning a great deal through personal experience.
I love the various beatififul natural landscape sceneries you've captured along the way of your destinations, enjoying them in person and, as a result, sharing those experiences with us, your viewers, to enjoy through your videos.
Evidently, You've become an EXPERIENCED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE EXPERT AT WHAT YOU DO, WHILE TEACHING OTHERS YOUR VERY HELPFUL WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE. THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR ADVENTUROUS, FUN-FILLED, AND EVEN PROFITABLE EXPERIENCES❣️👏👍
Last, but not least, I also love your appreciation and love of family, eating healthy and staying physically fit through exercise/ your workout routines, as I also love, appreciate, and practice in my own life. Sincerely wishing you continued success and happiness!
