Thanks for sharing this. I just discovered that my hair has a high porosity. I was amazed at how fast the water in it dries and I spray my hair with water at least 3 times a day but it still gets so dry and hard. Now I have changed my routine and hopefully i will stop losing hair:)
No this is definitely high porosity your hair absorbs the moisture (water) but dries really quickly. If it shrinks as soon as it touches water it is also another sign of high porosity.
HP hair needs layering when moisturizing. Skip water and use aloe juice. Mix your leave in with aloe vera gel. Seal with a shea butter mix, grease or castor oil. You can even shut the cuticle afterwards with an ACV spritz.
I absolutely looove your videos! They’re informative, engaging, and amazing. You have so much knowledge about natural products, and I admire how articulate you are! Thanks for sharing significant information! 😘
I was so mentally confused and depressed in the past. To the point I wasn't really taking care of my self. I wish I knew about this along time ago I'm go try this.
I already have high porosity hair, and I just dyed my hair yesterday using l'oreal highlights for dark hair only, red and magenta and noticed my hair's a little stiff and has a dry feeling to it even after doing the lcg method. Will this still work for color treated hair?
Is it off that I use to incorporate all of these ingredients into my hair mask at the same time.. I mean my hair had never been soo full. But now I’m worried about if I should try this method the same way
It seems to be doing well thus far, but it’s too early to really gauge since it’s still very short. My one month update video will be out in 4 days though so you can see!
Hen period for skin treatments....world really gone mad. Any other bird period or animal period also good? or hens are the ones having magical periods smh
Well, technically any eggs (preferably birds') would work since they're high in protein. Animal periods, as long as you're fine with the smell + blood in your hair. Dunno why you'd want to tho.
I must say, I have high porosity hair and all of these hair masks WORK. I used to do these once a week or twice a month. Haven’t tried 4 or 5 though.
Girl this thumbnail I can't 😂😭
😂😂😂😂 you should seen my floor afterward 😭😭
I went back to look at the thumbnail and now I am laughing :)

@@melynmoyo9134 Yes I think so. I showed my hair In a recent video. It definitely gets very dry a few hours after I apply moisture 🤷🏾♀️

Your videos are so good!
Thank you!! 💕
Thanks for the great tips Nia ♥️
Oh my god you are such a beautiful lady! Thanks for sharing, I will definitely try these❤
Is it ok to do protein treatment and deep conditioner on the same day?
Awwww 🥰 you are beautiful and thanks for the video 😊
Can I use coconut oil instead of olive oil??
Yes
What if my hair is a combination of high and low porosity ??
Thanx for this question cause I think most hair has a combination of low n high
I just did the test and some sank but mostly floated...
I have the same issue my top half is high porosity and The rest is normal it’s so annoying
The ideal hair type is low porosity
So treat the high porosity aspect to further prevent it from going in that direction

So when am done mixing I should put everything on my head covered it with a cap wait for 20min before I wash it away with aloe Vera juice
Thanks very much they only talk about low porpoisty hair
Are these treatments supposed to be used all together or we just pick and choose?
Do you rinse with (cold/warm?) water after the apple cider vinegar?
Cold
@@bperez8656 thanks

Thank you will give it a try.
do you do all these steps at once?
That's my question too. I'm confused as hell. 😂😂😂
At the end she said that it should be used when needed, but not too often. You don't want protein overload
No
thank you for the eye opener
How is your hair during since the balding? Is it growing back to your satisfaction?

If I am allergic to oils
I heard this lady used raw honey for a mask and it hardened and ripped out her hair 😭
She probably left it in too long, let it dry, and/or applied it to dry hair. Either way, that’s scary. YIKES!!
My hair is so frizzy 😭😭😭
