    • A Complete Ab Routine....
    In this video, I reveal the result that I have gotten over the past five weeks, Unfortunately, I sprained my ankle. Yet that does not mean that I could not work out. Something is always better than nothing! So instead of waiting around to be at my best, I altered my training program, so that I could still get a great workout while I was healing. For the first three weeks, I used the 3 routines below;
    Beginner heavy bag routine;
    • The Heavy Bag for Begi...
    Simple ab routine;
    • A Complete Ab Routine....
    Ultimate resistance band routines;
    • Ultimate Resistance Ba...
    I aimed to do the boxing and ab routine3 days per week and the resistance training twice a week.
    For the final 2 and a half weeks, I followed the intermediate boxing routine and I was able to lift some weights using the upper and lower body split in the video below.
    Intermediate heavy bag routine
    • An Intermediate Heavy...
    Design your own exercise program;
    • Design Your Perfect Ex...
    The whole while I tried to stick to the sneaky diet;
    • Discover the Ultimate ...
    Yet i must admit that I had quite a few cheat days.
    That being said... I may not have achieved my goal but I got pretty close. The key is that even though I was not perfect with my diet or my training, it was vastly superior to simply sitting on my couch and watching TV.

    Excellent video, Mike. It's true that different things can unexpectedly throw us off of our training routine, but like you said, something is better than nothing. We may have to alter our training plans, but there is no excuse for not doing whatever we can in the mean time to stay in shape, or work towards getting in shape, until we can get into our full routine. Thanks for the video and good work as always!

    Is it ok to carry boxing routine in morning as well as evening from day 1 itself? I have my inter-university tournaments a month after vacations and I never boxed before so I want to get ready fast say in around 3 months

    • @fightyourwayfit
      @fightyourwayfit  5 років тому +1

      You could train twice a day but it is very hard on the body. I would rather focus on one workout and just make that one a little more intense. Thanks for commenting. 😎😎.

    Hello Mike. Id like to ask you for a tip. Im looking for a helmet for sparing. Could you give me a suggestion? Btw. Im just a student so im not really able to pay more than 100euros for it . Im doing boxing just as a hobby and to maintain myself in some condition. Thanks

    • @fightyourwayfit
      @fightyourwayfit  5 років тому +1

      You’re making a smart move. Boxing is such a fun way to stay in shape... especially if you spar. I have 2 different head gear. One is from a company called Rival you can find them on amazon and I have another one from Everlast. They are both lightweight and off good protection without hindering your view... most importantly they are comfortable. The last thing you want is your headgear distracting you while you’re sparring. They are both well under 100 Euros 🙂🙂

    Idea of working out twice a day is not going well with me
    I am trying to do boxing in morning and strength training in evening
    It went well for first 6 days (doing this from last 3 weeks) then I fall sick, I feel a lot of fatigue and now I am missing lot of sessions.
    Please guide me sir how can I carry on this. I wished whole year to do this in my vacations and now I am feeling like weak loosser😣

    • @fightyourwayfit
      @fightyourwayfit  5 років тому

      You’re definitely not a weak loser. It takes time for the body to adjust to such a heavy workload. Training twice a day is very hard on the body, especially if it’s not done right.
      Your resistance training may need to be changed. What exactly are you doing right now? What is your schedule like ?

    • @nimbark111
      @nimbark111 5 років тому +1

      In morning running(1.5miles) stretching 5 rounds shadow boxing beginners heavy bag routine. In evening weekly schedule (chest, biceps, back, triceps.shoulders..etc on respective days)

      @@fightyourwayfit Yes I do rest on weekends

    • @fightyourwayfit
      @fightyourwayfit  5 років тому

      You are training in a very similar fashion as elite fighters. Most pro fighters have their boxing training in the morning and then strength and conditioning at night. They also make sure they take at least in day of complete rest, so that they do not overtrain. It may take your body a little time to adjust. The way that you are training is great but it’s also tough on the body when you’re not used to it. Perhaps try an dial it back just a bit until your body adjusts. For example, do a few less rounds or only run 1 mile. Once you get used to the routine without feeling broken down, you can once again start to increase the intensity.
