  • "Hey guys, I'm soon to be 47 and I'm fairly lean for my age. And not just for today..but f you take a look at my channel for about the past decade, you'll see that I maintain my physique without having to starve myself, go overboard at the gym, or having to take any supplements.
    Most trainers and influencers won't emphasize the most effective thing you can do for weight management, simply because it's free and there's nothing to sell you.
    I always use math WH???? because it works. Here's what I mean:
    Running on a treadmill for 30 minutes can burn an average of 250 calories. Biking for 30 minutes can burn an average of 200 calories.
    Sure, you can also cut 500 calories out of your diet, but you'll end up feeling hungry.
    The average person drinks juice, milk, or soda, which can add up to 180 calories per meal. By switching to water, you instantly save a minimum of 540 calories without breaking a sweat or feeling any hunger.
    Let me say that again: I save at least 540 calories simply by drinking only water, without putting in any extra time or effort. .... I'm not any hungrier, or more tired. It also doesn't take any extra time!!!! It is a simple mental adjustment.
    It's easy, simple math, and it's free. Some people may disagree with this, but I know it's the number one thing you can do.

    That's one of those things that is so obvious but, most people think of food when it comes to counting calories not what they drink. Good tip

      You're absolutely right! I can't tell you how many times I've seen people soly focus in what they eat... and then they are hungry. By doing this you can save a ton if calories and not be any hungrier at all. Thanks so much for watching 😎😎😎😎😎

    Im 38yrs old now is that possible to lose fat and weight in that age ?? Cause it's not like a 20 25yrs old youngster in matter of weight fat losing..
