The trick is to braid sideways and crochet the hang time to the next braids rather than front to back. Once you add your crochet hair it will blend flawlessly and you won’t be able to tell
Hello Beautiful Tierra J, Glory to you! The crochet loc's is stunning on you ❤! You kill it ! Nobody does it matter when it comes to hair designs and hair slaying 100 % . ❤❤❤from Chicago, IL USA 🇺🇸
Aww T this style is cute & your hair is growing beautifully since the big chop. This is definitely a hit or miss style cause I can't really decide how much packs I need to be exact so I try get as many as I can just in case.
I think you are hilarious you are one of my favorite UA-cam girls you've been through a lot you always keep your head held high I adore you and your children continue to be blessed
Diclaimer ‼️‼️ Be careful with this braiding pattern it could cause tension alopecia if you have fine strands or thinning either avoid it or make it super loose like she mention in the video.
The look itself is cute, but crochets are so hit or miss. I feel like you never know how to really do the back to not make the braids show, and you don't know how much to really add so that the hair don't look like mountain
If you just pull the hair that’s hanging down back up and lay it flat on to each braid and crochet the hair on their no one will see it. So you braid the hair in a cornrow, right. The part of the cornrow that hangs down and is extended from your head, you just take it and fold it back up and lay it down to on the cornrow so that it is no longer hanging down but instead laying down on top of the cornrow itself and then you crochet the hair as usual. It looks so natural and you no longer have to sew the length of the hair down and each cornrow is still in an individual row. I have no idea if you understand what I’m saying but I’ve always done it like this. I never see the length of my natural hair in the cornrows down to my head. I just fold each one back up and go. Works even if your hair is very long because you just fold it from top to bottom of the cornrow. You may need Bobbie pins to hold your natural hair in place until you’re done crocheting the hair to each individual cornrow if you hair is extremely long but then you remove the Bobbie pins once you’ve added the hair to each cornrow. I am probably doing a terrible job explaining this but I hope you understand.
Vacay ready. The style turned out beautifully.
This is something I definitely can do on my daughter's head!!! Thank you for sharing!!!!

How did you grow your hair bad so fast
A combination of things! I'll be doing some natural hair updates soon!

Yeah ik what you mean this was my 2nd time doing them. It definitely takes practice to perfect them!

If you braid in a zig zag in the back or from left to right the back will lay very nicely with crochet
