I just followed this technique today with my faux locs in the color T1B/30 that I ordered off Amazon and I must say, you are a lifesaver! I have been doing crochet styles for 5 months now and haven’t had faux locs for a few years. My hair is very short and thick and I was afraid that it wasn’t going to look right. The net cap was very easy to use and once I worked my way to the top part of my head while using the kinky hair, it makes it look even more natural and a lot more fuller to finish it off. Thank you so much for this tutorial and I will definitely tune in to more of your videos 💜

Yessss👏🏾👏🏾 that weave stitch cap is EVERYTHING. This is exactly how I do my crochets.🥰🥰 I currently have passion twists crocheted in. My natural hair is really short. I cut it all of last March. But since I've been crocheting my hair, it is growing so much faster!!

This came out great! I would've stopped after you added a few at the top once the band was cut, but that's only because I prefer less volume. My head is super sensitive to tension, and my last attempt at installing braidless crochet was a fail. You've inspired me to try it again, but this time use the cap. I'm hoping that the cap will give me the security I need, without the tension 🙏🏾.
Good call! Yes it does have that fresh tension but not extreme! Definitely relaxes after a few days .

I’m not sure if that’s gonna cut some of my hair because my hair is thin but I thank you for sharing plus is great cause I’m 67 years old and my fingers aren’t very good at planting anymore.
