That elementum blade shape is so good, especially with a hollow grind. Hopefully they come out with a 3" blade version. 6.5" to 7" oal with around a 2.75" - 3" bkade is the best size for a edc fixed blade.
I watched this for the Mini Elementum Fixed Blade review. I must have missed the obligatory batoning!😉 Actually, I just ordered this in satin with the wood scale inserts. Having watched a few of these reviews before ordering, and owning the full sized Elementum Fixed, I knew this was only for opening mail and packages. And other small tasks like you mentioned. My full sized in D2 has a razor sharp KME edge, and it holds that edge. I'm hoping the Nitro-V will sharpen and hold an edge similarly. I think this mini should be thought of as more of a gentleman's pocket knife like a Buck 500 series, rather than a true edc blade. But that's just my opinion. THANKS for this video!
man that sucks, because I have the civivi Circulus, and its too small, hoping the elementum mini fixed blade would be bigger, looking at the specs, it says it was an inch bigger but still not big enough, maybe needs another inch. I hope they do small fixed blade like the esee candiru but this is just too small.
@TylerHaley I just ordered the Mini Elementum fixed yesterday. I was considering the Circulus, but based on your description of the Circulus, I think I made the right decision FOR ME. I'm tired of trying to finess my Elementum Fixed Blade (full size) to open envelopes and packages. It's a little too big for those tasks.
I see the mini elementary as a light duty knife that could be stashed nicely in your wallet. I would use it to open packages, shave plastic, cut chords or strings. and it looks pointy enough to finesse slivers out of your fingers. Definitely designed for a pinch grip and mostly precise tasks.
Decent review of the Incisor II but it’s not meant for any of that. It’s meant for one thing, self defense. It’ll be the perfect carry for first responders and military. Not meant for opening your Amazon orders.

Thanks, man, for all you go through to test these for us! 🤜🤛
A fixed elementum in the same size as the original folder with an ulti clip would be perfect. I don't know why they didn't go with that.

Good stuff as usual, Stassa! Thanks for the testing. Will be passing on both of these.
I have the Ele fixed and it's to big for my EDC tastes. Now this one looks to small! I hope they do a medium sized one, I guess.
I might have to get this elementum knecker.
The karambit is pretty cool.
I mean it would be fun to try a karambit.
Just need to add a short paracord rat-tail. Secures the grip.
My wife and I love my fox karambit and with the price I should get another one from fox
Some knives are just for what they’re for and not very good for edc
Yep 👍
Why don’t they do a fixed elementum same size model as the standard one that would be nice
That mini elementum fixed blade would be perfect if it came with a little leather pocket slip…💯
Just don't look comfortable to me! Looks well made! The second one is great! Nice size!!
Thanks for sharing bud!👊🏻 Both not for me really I wish the elementum fixie was a little bigger and I thank it would be great
Same here 👍🍻🍻
Like they say use the right tool for the job. The fixed mini elementum would be my designated Amazon package opener neck knife!😂
That’s what I use the Civivi Vaquita 2 for so my plan is to talk my wife into using the Mini Elementum for the same thing 👌🍻🍻

Karambit is a self defense champ. Any cop will see a blacked out murder weapon.
💯 %
Thats the sort of sh ite we see on Neeves knives. 😂
