It's great to see Berrys Patek allowing people into their store. TBH wouldn't expect anything less as Berrys are great across the board on customer service. Unfortunately, you would never walk out even with a basic Patek as a walk-in. York top City, g8 content as ever 😊
Your videos are great I live in Manchester It would really be cool to meet you in person I just have a question for you are blanc pain better than Omega and IWC
No is the answer, all those watches belong to people who have paid for them. They can't have them until they get another one in to replace it. I know someone who bought a nautilus but had to wait 5 months and had to walk past and see it in the window.
That's a tough question to answer. I guess it depends on what style of watch you're wanting - dress, sport, chronograph etc. In that price bracket, Omega, Tudor, Grand Seiko, all have terrific watches in that price range. Pick what you like! Trying them on in person first is most important for me personally.
@@RobtheAmerican yes I know it was a silly question really just looking for a bit of guidance I’m currently on holiday with good tax brakes.it’s funny how when you try on watches out of my price range it’s easy to dream spend but when it’s your hard earned cash you /i suddenly can’t make my mind up
Find something you love in your price range and keep dreaming about the grail watches. That's what I do! Most watch dealers will welcome you even if you can't afford their watches if you are friendly, respectful, and like to talk watches!
@@RobtheAmerican yes I’m slowly narrowing it down I’m looking for easy comfortable all rounder I’m not a dress watch person the grand seiko are good bang for buck , omega aqua terra nearly jumped for a world timer, also Tudor gmt or the new black bay the gold bezel but it’s 39 mm
That's such a beautiful city.
York's lovely! great to see you getting out and about!

It's a good day out!
No mention of the Jorvik Viking centre in York, a great attraction to visit.
Next time, for sure!
Another great video Rob. Keep on prowling.
Thanks! More Prowling to come!
What about Ogdens across from patek? Some nice watches in there.
I saw Ogdens, but I ran out of time to get my train back to Manchester. Next visit, for sure!

The folks at Barry's are terrific. Pateks are difficult to obtain no matter where you go. 😬
@@markmcnamara6743 I really like berry’s great service friendly staff

All three are quality brands...pick what you like!
Great looking watches Rob. Give you clue where I’m at, eating some Texmex food. 😀😀 There microbrand watch companies here.
Austin?
@@RobtheAmerican Yep. 👍
Lucky man! I was in Austin with family in April.

Not sure....try it out and let me know how it goes!
@@RobtheAmerican you're going to lend me it, right? 😂

5270j = grail.
Aquanaut 30m water resistance is a joke 😂
The 5270 is a WOW, for sure.
Hi Rob timely question if you 5/6 grand to spend on only one watch which would you choose ?
