it's really sad that they can't be a bit more objective or at least try to understand :( only one of the kids tried to listen to the lyrics and appreciate them even if they're not his taste...

It’s like these kids have never been depressed and angry. They don’t realize how much relief this kind of music provides. How it reaches deep into your soul and makes you release your rage for the world. All while smiling.

always complaining about something..
Its a guy?
What guy?
I understand that we don't all have the same musical tastes. BUT BRO the first time I heard Slipknot when I was 13 I felt like I knew a new world. I'm 18 and is the best thing that happened to me.
Same. Slipknot just keeps me going through life. Some of the lyrics literally changed my life🤘
"i am ok with metal but heavy metal is too much for me" left me speechless
I got your comment but understanding it was too much for me
LMFAOOO
Haha I missed this comment, I said the same thing 🤣
"I like drinking water but I don't like drinking H2O"
@@edgemaxxer1573 lmao
could they not find non zesty Gen Z?
as someone from gen z ('04), i feel ashamed that they chose these kids specifically. i feel like they aren't able to appreciate the music for what it is. sure, when i was young i didn't like metal of any subgenre, but more recently have i come to actually like it. i love the pure noise that metal holds, but even slipknot's non-title tracks like snuff are amazingly made. it really sucks seeing these kids not be more open-minded about music. slipknot has been going on for over 20 years for damn good reason.
it's really sad that they can't be a bit more objective or at least try to understand :( only one of the kids tried to listen to the lyrics and appreciate them even if they're not his taste...
Every member of this band has more talent in their toenails than any of these children will ever dream of
Except the black dude, at least he can recognize talent, he has my respect.
Well said
I’m gen z. I hate my generation. This music takes talent to play. No auto tune, no artificial beat. Nothing but skill. This is real music.
Slipknot is one of my top favorite bands. These people do NOT represent pall of Gen Z. I am a maggot for life.
It’s like these kids have never been depressed and angry. They don’t realize how much relief this kind of music provides. How it reaches deep into your soul and makes you release your rage for the world. All while smiling.
Music is very subjective
Their version of that is making up dumb titles for non existent genders.
They got to find kids that are heterosexual
That's not the only way to indulge yourself to metal. Sometimes you just wanna hear how many instruments can be played at once and have it still sound cohesive. And in that case we have Dream Theater. Sometimes you just want something that sounds like Adrenaline playing in your ears. In that case you listen to Pantera.
Exactly. Metal calms me, it doesnt make me angry
