@@TheBillOlson cool. We live just south of Columbus and plan to move to the summerville, goose creek area next summer. Got your channel info. Will keep you in mind when time comes.
@@robertgill7061 sounds good! Just let me know how I can help. It’s never too early to start researching. If you want to reach out I can point you to some of my favorite resources.
Moncks Corner is great too. Didn’t make the list because it’s a little further out than most want to go, however with Volvo and Redwood materials bringing in more jobs, I have a feeling it’s just going to keep getting more popular. Especially because there’s value and affordability there still.
Among other clips this is the most informative about Charlston, SC I found so far 👍 Thank u for mentioning schools
You’re welcome.

My man! Thanks for being a loyal fan!
Have you done a video about neighborhoods and towns and their crime levels?
Unfortunately as a realtor, we aren’t allowed to discuss crime and whether a neighborhood is “safe”
@@TheBillOlson I understand. That doesn’t surprise me. There are resources out there. Are you the realtor who moved from Ohio originally?
@@robertgill7061 yes I am.
