MK 7 FORD TRANSIT ELECTRIC WINDOW REGULATOR+MOTOR REMOVAL pt 2 of 2

Here's Pt 1 if you want to see how I got it out • MK 7 FORD TRANSIT ELEC... .Took me about an hour to get it in as I had to mess around trying to figure out how to manoeuvrer it in. Defo get a suction pad for holding the window. The window was a little slow going up, as you can see in the vid, but after twisting the bit that guides the window it's now the same speed as before. You didn't explain that very well, you ain't gotta touch the speaker or that slide on the right,
Drill the rivets out on the bar that the window sits in so you can put the new plastic slide in, then pull that window slide on the left back to where those indentations are snd the unit slips in easily, then rivet everything back in place .
Its easy when you know how

I needed to take the speaker out so I could get my left hand in the speaker hole while my right hand was pulling the arm/motor. I tried leaving the slide in but the window wouldn't come up even with the sucker on it. I even sprayed WD40 down it but it wouldn't move. I mean try it with the speaker in, and if you can get the window up without taking the slider out then that's a win, but it didn't work for me.

That Indentation at 1:59 above your hand is the key, there's no need to twist the slider, just pull it into them, that's why they're there, it gives you enough room to get the unit in with ease,
