    Best carbs that have been a staple, Fruits and vegetables, and rice, lentils, beans, and potatoes (not a lot) but I need the fuel to function.

      @@tommyiswild I like the Red potatoes and if I want something sweet, sweet potatoes. I don’t eat a lot of starch resistant carbs. And I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. 2024 will mark my 2nd year of fat loss and muscle building. This journey of mine started at age 21, soon to be 23 in January and still continuing.

    Why use the microwave?
    Did you know it actually takes nutrients out when using a microwave.
    I get it makes it faster and all. Your choice though. I am just letting you know

      @@tommyiswild You should try them out plain first one time then with your faves then. Better to make them on the stove. No saugy texture to worry about. Stir them in slowly because it thickens slowly 🔥😄
