Whats the sauce at 1:59 in the frying pan ? Soy sauce ? It looks clear not dark as soy sauce. And there are plenty of it. I really need to know what it is.
It is called ``warishita,'' which is dashi flavored with various seasonings. The seasonings used include soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and sake. The types and amounts of seasonings vary depending on the restaurant.
I'd be lying if I said I wasnt about to cook some of this stuff for dinner now lol I already cook Katsudon but I definitely wanna try putting the egg/broth mix on top instead
