Love the videos, it’s supper interesting to get a glimpse into another countries food culture, but I get supper hungry and if I’m being honest a little jealous/ regretful I don’t have access to something similar
they make everyone so happy, even give gifts to children! so cute these videos are relaxing to watch.. wish I could visit Japan one day just to eat at a restaurant like this

I used to live in Fukuoka in 5 years. Now, I am in Vietnam, and I miss the flavor of a bow of Udon. Hopefully, one day I will come back Fukuoka. Really miss it!
This sort of menu often not available in my country, more often than not the menu in most foreign countries are sushi, sashimi and salmon with rice, and the pricing is premium. These look delicious.
This looks so good. We have a decent number of Japanese restaurants where I live, but nothing like this. They all serve the same few things, mostly just sushi. I wish we had food like this here!
I must say, you have such little space, but nevertheless you make it work very well. So nice and clean and welcoming. It's very hard work that you have to do but, you make it work so fine. You're food looks absolutely delicious and I would love to eat at your restaurant. Especially your noodles.

I miss udon, such a hearty meal. Love those fat chewy noodles, like it better than ramen to be honest. But off course ramen is a close second. Japanese noodle recipes/treatment is my favorite.
They never come back to the mince chicken curry?? I was really curious about that as I’ve never seen that dish and so far it has only shoyu and sake like gyudon. Anyone know this dish?

The way the kitchen alone looks like is proof to me they actually make high quality food. It reminds me of Mexican restaurants because they have an identical look in the kitchen and offer high quality dishes as well.

Also because this is in Osaka. Osakan's are known to be less reserved and enjoy joking around compared to people from Tokyo.
