    I appreciate at you I’m not able to jump much higher after a month or that much faster but my feet placement and my skill in basketball by doing polymetrics is crazy and I used to not even be able to touch rim, now I’m touching it from a standing vert. Much love and keep this up never would have tried polymetrics if not for your vids much love and keep this up

    It nearly increases 10cm jump in one month. It decreases when ur jump becomes more. So be ready a good jump for basketball or volleyball will atleast take 2months practice.

    Can you just choose one of the videos that ave pylos or do you have to do multille videos with difeent exersises because i do pogo jump the other jumps 1 leg jumo and some box jumps

    How often do you do plyometrics? I find I get knee pain particularly from seated box jumps

    Hi I just started doing plyos and I’m doing it 4 times a week. Is that ok? If not can u plz tell me what effects I could have me? Also I’m also doing 100 calf raise r calf raises still good to weave into my workouts

      Hello, I have heard multiple times that 2-3times a week is the best. Sometimee less is more because rest is as important as working out. Hope that helps and good luck!😊
