Agree, His for sure manipulating his class growth by guiding them. He did mention he will help Horikita's class get to class A, but he didn't mention anything about helping them graduate. Sakayanagi true goal is to challenge ayanokoji so theres no way she would be happy with him joining her class the same goes with Ryuen. Ichinose goal is to reach class A and also be with Koji. Basically training people to defeat him to prove something with the white room. Super excited to see everyones reaction once Koji starts playing the game.

year 2 9.5 really did a great job at setting the scene for the upcoming volumes to end year 2. from the increasing number of people starting to realize ayanokoji is better than he lets on and the definite explosions coming up. There will definatly be a big change and dynamic coming up because there will definatly be big names expelled and ayanokoji is going to have more eyes on him as well.
COTE YEAR2 Has been really Great to read, Kinugasa has been setting up, planting seeds and foreshadowing Crazy events that will take place in future volumes. People say year2 hasn’t been good or Entertaining Kinugasa writing has been lacking and that’s far from the truth. Kinugasa got something cooking with this story, some if not most people aren’t seeing the bigger picture. I can’t wait too see what he has in stored for us Kiyotaka Cooking as well

But in the inter class battle, protection point will not be disabled. It's like a weapon. What remains is the question, why the school (probably) decided to instruct Kiryuin from the third year's class B to give information about the danger of the upcoming exam to a class b student while a class D student told Ryuuen about it. Also Kiryuin mentions that someone from Class B got expelled last year, which Kiyotaka found very odd. Probably Ryuuen was told that someone from Class C was expelled. Maybe the school wants the students to prepare for a potential sacrifice of one of their classmates. I'd be interested to hear your opinion on the matter.

Long answer: Kiyotaka wanted to live like a normal human but in the grand scheme of things he has to defeat the very thing that made him in the first place, the White Room and his own father, not by outrunning them but by COMPLETELY shutting them down. Why and how? Firstly for me while I believe that Kiyotaka can outrun his creators off his back he doesnt want to live in world where Humans were being governed by emotionless and broken hyperintelligent superhumans similar to him created by the White Room and how is he going to that? The answer lies on the very people that his father sees nothing more but flawed imperfect humans, his own Classmates and for me he no longer sees them as tools to be disposed off on a meat grinder but rather as Tools capable of carrying out his will by succeeding him, his Inheritors, for in behind the scenes Kiyotaka has been secretly grooming his own friends to become the better versions of father's broken creations including himself because for me, since Kiyotaka was created as the Smartest Kid in the block, I believe that Kiyotaka knew that he is not an ideal candidate to rule over Mankind and saw that the people of the Outside World has, for the lack of better words, a secret ingredient that the products of White Room will never had that can be the key for the betterment of Human Race and he intends to use that to change his Classmates into something greater that the world has yet to see without sacrificing their Humanity and succeed before his father and the agents of White Room could do. In other words it was similar to a Nuclear Arms race but instead of 2 Countries competing for superweapons it was between a father and a son and instead of having the most powerful nuclear weapons it was an army of who has the better supersoldiers and should Kiyotaka succeed in placing his "friends" at the top of the world as Mankind's greatest leaders, the White Room and everything that they have created had created would lose its value and crumble in the very eyes of his own father caused by the very dream that he wanted to instill on his son that is NOT according his design and should that happen in the end Kiyotaka can now finally live his dream to walk among the masses not as a flawed man-made god but as a Human in a world that he himself had created through his irreplacable tools.
If Arisu gets expelled im dropping the whole thing. In the last volume Ayano asked Arisu if she could turn her romantic feelings into a stronger emotion. Arisu understood that and thats exactly what she would do. No way in hell will she get outsmarted by Ryuen..Ryuen could deal her damage but not as great as expulsion. As for the class transfer, Kiyo has had interactions with both Arisu and Ichinose's class. So we cant make judgement based on interactions .In my theory Ayano will likely join Ichinose's class. Why? Coz there isn't any diff in points between Arisu and Horikita's classes ,so there wont be much for Kiyo to do. Why? To test the class he created(Horikita's class) he will need to overpower them using a class thats on the verge of collapse(Ichinose's class).Personally, i hate Horikita and Chabashira bcoz they want to use him only to get to class A but that hasn't made my judgement clouded.....Thank you.I am but another COTE fan..
My prediction after reading this volume.... 1. There will be two more special exam before the final exam. Ryuuen will beat Sakayanagi in one of them in a direct confrontation and also will win the 2 nd special exam of third time again Horikita or ichinose. 2. Horikita's class is likely to be in the middle in these 2 special exam. Ichinose may win 1 and lose 1. Finally,class A will most likely to be in the bottom in upcoming 2 special exam. That will result a balance of all 4 classes. 3. Then,we will see some character development of Arisu. In the second year final exam, Sakayanagi will beat Ryuuen by large margin and Horikita will beat ichinose by a close margin. 4. Ayanokoji will either win a class transfer ticket or he will get private points from ichinose. 5. The students that are likely to get expelled in the 3 Rd term are...... Hiyori Shiina, Tokitou Hiroya,Morofogi Rika (class D).... Shiranami chihiro from class C ...... Karuizawa Kei, Maya Satou, shinohara Satsuki from class B and Sakayanagi losing one of her protection point. The final Ranking before the third year would be ... 1. Class A( Sakayanagi) with around 1300 cp 2. Class B ( Horikita) with Around 1250 CP 3. Class C( Ryuuen) with around 800 cp 4. Class D( Ichinose) with around 750 cp.

At the end of chap 0 his father said that his boss is forcing him to close the W.R and transfer his loyalty to other boss, this boss create this school and who already create a environment like the w.r with more beneficial results i think kounji come from it, in the other hand this school has system s whitch have some mastery his father wanna use his son as a spy to catch some info so he can beat his bosses, and for kiyo to develop, but kiyo have other goals and plans he wanna learn how to be a human with feelings cuz he never lived somthing like that in the w.r, and he wanna prove that his father is wrong and there is people who can beat kiyo, cuz his father see ayano as his masterpiece that can't existe twice, so ayano in his 3 years was forming students to grow so they can put him in danger or simply beat him.
Now about the expulsions. While yes I see Karuizawa being in a dangerous position. I can see Kushida as well but from what I've been noticing Horikita appears to want to keep Kushida but if I do remember vividly is that. If she does betray the class or throw them under the bus. She's out.
