    I tried 1st one.
    Its cheap and tasty
    Cost is around 15 to 20 rs for 3 cups of tea. Also it increases my focus while studying.
    Thank you

    Hi team satvik movement,
    Some days ago I came across one of your videos, and started 16 hours intermittent fasting, along with I abandoned tea and sugar too, for almost 3 days I had headache for 5 to 6 hours a day, and then I realised how addicted I was to tea. My eating habits has changed due to fasting, I feel very light and energetic. Thanks for spreading so much positivity and this knowledge. May you grow higher and higher each passing day 😊

      My goodness, This is my first day of intermittent fasting and I have nagging head ache along with nausea. I also doubted that this headache is bcoz I didn't had tea.
      I was about to surrender to my tea craving and then read your comment. Thank you.

    Hi Subah! Your videos are really interesting. I do drink green tea kehwa every now and then and watching your earlier video regarding myths about tea and coffee realize I was also taken in by the myth that green tea is full of antioxidants.
    I make an unsweetened herbal tea with ginger, rosemary and thyme that I drink almost every afternoon. When I make this for guests, I add a dash of lemon juice and jaggery powder to taste.

I tried you herbal tea today(I have you foodbook, but was lazy to make it) and the tea turned out to be super amazing. I qm in love with it. यह वीडीओ देखने के बाद मैंने भी इस "सात्विक चाय" को बनाया (रात को 8:30pm😅)
    और मुझे आश्चर्य है कि इस चाय का स्वाद भी बिल्कुल वैसा ही था जैसी "चायपत्ती" से बनती है

    Hi Satvic movement team, for the masala chai when I add coconut milk afterwards, the tea gets cold since we are not allowed to boil the coconut milk. could you please suggest a way to keep it hot after adding coconut milk?

    • @drastichaudhari
      @drastichaudhari Рік тому

      I guess you can heat up the milk before in a separate bowl and then add it in the mixture. That's what I am going to try today.

    Can we use dairy milk instead of coconut milk or badam milk

  • @manishwahi1974
    @manishwahi1974 2 роки тому +13

    Educative, I’ll definitely try these.
    I have a question: in the first recipe, we’re not supposed to heat the coconut milk, right? So when we add cool milk to hot tea, how do we ensure the tea remains piping hot? This would mean we can’t use coconut milk stored in the refrigerator. Or do you recommend to make fresh coconut milk each time we make this tea?

    • @khushi.goyal005
      @khushi.goyal005 2 роки тому +1

      You can just heat some water in a pan and turn off the gas and then place whatever quantity of coconut milk you want to use in a glass and place that glass in hot water. That way the cold coconut milk will come down to room temperature and even warm up a bit if you let it dit for some time and then you can use that warm/ room temperature coconut milk in the chai.

      You can also prefer to use mitti ke bartan instead of any other utensils.. it keeps your tea hot for some time more 🤷‍♀️

      We can’t heat coconut milk ever..🥥♨️❌if you heat coconut milk alon.. you can get it’s coconut oil.. which you can use as body nd face moisturizer 😍👌🏻

      Just roast the methi seeds till it is light brown . Allow it to cool and then just crush it in a grinder using pulse button, one or two pulse only.
      Boil two and half Cup of water add one teaspoon of the crushed methi, cinnamon, elachi , simmer it for 5 minutes on low flame till it becomes 2 cups, add jaggery to taste.
      For trial you may roast a little methi.
      I use 100 grams at a time and store it in the cabinet.
