This house is more spacious, beautiful, and quality than most of the houses she have shown worth a way up to $3 million and above, the developer of this house is one the best! Thumbs up!
I've noticed that most if not all the houses I've seen not only on this channel but others do not have a garden, why is this the case? For instance, I have young children and if i was looking to purchase a house i would defiantly want a garden where my children can play, where we can host BBQ's etc. That being said, this is a lovely house.

You could reduce the size of the living room and open up the back with a huge picture sliding doors that would open up to a beautiful patio or green garden with an outdoor sitting area and a tree. It will also bring in a lot of natural lights and contribute to the aesthetics of the environment and the lovely house. How about that instead of an expensive concrete jungle. Because most of the cost in the USA is I. The labour and location (land)
This house wouldn't be more than 3-5 million dollars in the US... well location matters. But this house lacks a lot. No outdoor space, no privacy (literally people can look into your house from theirs), zero views and so on. So before it will cost a ton it has to have all that and at least something unique not a sink that low in the masters. In LA the highest this will sell compared to the others is 2-3 million, that's in a great location so do your research

Those that have built house in 2021 will understand better. I think the house is very cheap and those shine shine materials will fade away within one year.
