Does anyone actually buy these houses at these prices? Just wondering! All this houses are going to be business premises in a few years time, too much rooms without the practicals of life. Why not build half the size of the house and still have land for outdoor recreation? Instead of that tiny kitchenette and laundry, the masters bathroom and wardrobe back wall should not exist, so you can walk from the bath into the walking wardrobe from the kitchenette without going through the bedroom.
