Confidence please if you have run out of Lagos house tour content, you can advertise houses in other states too please. Some of us would like to see houses in other states. Thanks in advance.
Come on now! $3.2M? You’ve got to be kidding me. Like I’ve read before. Developers please….take a look at what your counterparts are building in Jo’berg, Nairobi, Accra, Dar Salaam and then come again! I’m not wanting to be rude, honestly, but I’m getting a bit fed up with some of the developers in Nigeria. $3.2M! No privacy….your neighbour will be filming your wife or daughter swimming. Fixtures and fitting not befitting the price tag. Anyone who watches Confidence’s channel knows how she loves to name drop designer fixtures and finishes. This video! Next to nothing. Speaks volumes.
The primary bedroom look like a police cell, come on guys, all that burglar bars on the third floor? that's not even a walk-in closet. I guess, the price comes with the Area/Land.
I laugh at some of you, you don't have money, you not even buying, and you are sounding as if you came with money, and you are given a high price, now south Africa has a land size of 1.22 million km² with a population of 59m, Nigeria land size is 923,768 km² with a population of 210m, Lagos land size is 1,171 km² with a population 24m, so there is no basis for comparison, cuz South Africa has vast uninhabited empty land, now, in Banana Island, one square meter is sold for an average of 1,200,000naira= $3,000, the complete plot is 900sq, but let use 800sq, 800x3,000 = 2,400,000, land alone, and in Nigeria property tax is 0,20,% while in South Africa is 10,00%, accept it or not, there is no place in Africa like Banana Island, please if you know any, show us, so pls if you don't know much on real estate in Nigeria, why not ask questions?
Nigeria is a big country, why oh why are the lot sizes so small? No green spaces in a tropical country. Well done Confidence, you did your best . Please show us homes outside Lagos on bigger more spacious pieces of land. Thanks in advance.
Confidence, amazing job in presenting this property. After watching it all I'm quite disappointed with the Developer and Architect, like how does an elevator open up to the half landing of a staircase and why does the Primary Suite look like a prison house with the burglary obstructing the views also the pool design and the type of hand railings used are not so good for a 3.2million dollar house. Anyways the Kitchen was fantastic.
I agree with you except on your view of the hand railings. I actually like the details in the design. The master suite looks like a jail. No need for them on the 3rd floor. A thief would need to use a ladder to get to the 3rd floor thus I don't under the rationale behind the burglary iron bars. The swimming pool is horrible.
@@eliasakeredolu4747 You are right about the hand rail, I think its more about the person's taste. I would have loved to see like a nice stainless steel railing or glass railing or a nicely designed wrought iron railing with wooden handle.
Nigeria still has a long way to go in architecture and design, this can't be seen as a luxury house elsewhere, things in this country are over priced. I don't have such money now, but I know that for the $3m price tag people can get way better properties in other countries.
Confidence is doing a fantastic job as a presenter and youtuber but the developers of this house are comedians lol, 3.2 million ke? make them fear God. lets take a trip to Capetown, Nairobi, Johannesburg and those are African cities let alone Cities in the western world. You are practically paying for an address in a substandard island. Banana island is not the Hamptons or Miami.
I love to drink and I am thinking.... One too many on my way to take a bath on them beautiful gorgeous stairs..... ooopppsieeee!!!! I would hurt myself 🤕now I know what your thinking...."don't drink" right? Well that's not happening!!! No one in their right mind would have such a place to live & not drink if they thing is drinking. No way. Couldn't pay me. Ma'am I love your presentation. You are Royal. ❤️
The house itself does not worth the price but the location is what more they are selling.. Banana Island is the most expensive neighbour in the whole Africa.. It would be nice to sell later on when the island is highly populated as the property would have been highly appreciated. Banana Island OMG😂🍌😂😂🇳🇬
See how tight the premises is, for that money you could buy a village and build your self a palace mansion in Lagos Nigeria. Be wise even if you are a thief.
Dear Confidence, In most of the properties you've shown so far, laundering room is not considered a pertinent feature of a home . Even home office/ study room is also often missing.
Nice one beautiful confidence but honestly this house doesn't worth the price, the wasted spaces for where is needed especially the kitchen ! is so tight.and some other necessary things they couldn't fix in..😂😂 they just fix price because is called Banana Island.
For this amount of money, there should be more. There is not enough compound with grass and trees. And too much black and white, it is too plain, this kind of home should be decorated with a good transitional design style to make it look more appealing for different types of buyers.
Nah this house is a no no for me. It is not worth the price and the structure doesn’t make sense at all for that price.. Is that one plot or half a plot land ? Do you guys have to build a 20 story building on a plot for a family all in the name of managing the land and making profits? Come on now let it make sense.
Not that great for the price. This is an overpriced house, I understand they're selling the location too. It's a full plot but main building is really small. Not spacious enough. I like the concept but not impressed.
I'd buy it for USD 200,000. This house is so tiny. I'd rather build a home than buy that house. The developers are crazy if they think anyone would buy a house like this 🤣🤣.
With Great Respect, YOU over aggerating , NEXT Time, PLEASE, get the POINT. For Me, I saw far way Better Home...Again, PLEASE get the Point. Thank You.
This house is not worth 2 million dollars. There too many doirs, no green and indeed there is no reason to price this foe 3.2 million dollars. Here in London, a house of this price should have a massive garden,, an under ground etc. You people are over prising homes.
Look at the waterheater dangling like in a bush man`s bathroom. Horrible! Whoever that buys this house in that amount, did not work for the money. This house is not worth more than 400.000 dollar
Nonsense, how much is gravel, sand, cement, IRON rod's, and planks, ceilings etc.you have to be foolish to spend all that monies for a house that when you die , you will not be buried in.
Don't forget to give us a thumbs up if you like this video. Cheers!

This is waste of money with that small space it can get me 3 good house in LA
ua-cam.com/video/evLwcvznbDY/v-deo.html
Nice property, but for a $3.2million USD Mansion the premises should have plenty of green area so as to keep the environment cool & Eco-Friendly.
Confidence please if you have run out of Lagos house tour content, you can advertise houses in other states too please. Some of us would like to see houses in other states. Thanks in advance.
Thanks for the suggestion. Keep watching this channel.
@@edenoasis Yeah maybe near by states like Ogun, Ibadan..
Please focus on Owere for modern building

I certainly agree with you. This home isn't worth the price tag at all! Look at the master bathroom of a $3m home!!! It's a joke!
The primary bedroom look like a police cell, come on guys, all that burglar bars on the third floor? that's not even a walk-in closet. I guess, the price comes with the Area/Land.
honestly, when you see what 3.2 can get you in Nairobi or SA this looks like punishment.

this house is massively beautiful and depict luxury
For such amount... everything is small , I rather use that money and build an estate for myself
Nigeria is a big country, why oh why are the lot sizes so small? No green spaces in a tropical country. Well done Confidence, you did your best . Please show us homes outside Lagos on bigger more spacious pieces of land. Thanks in advance.
with $3,200,000 I will get a more luxurious apart in Canada. and the Provincial govt will add citizenship to it too.

You're correct that the hand railings would be enhanced with wood but the design and coating of the stairs wrought-iron balusters is nice.

Amazing presentation Confidence.
Beautiful house on a small land. The space is too small, price is to high in my opinion but again thats Nigeria.
First turn off in the $3million, all cabinets should have been soft closing lol
Even Confidence..came ready for this one!
😁
I thought as well 😁😁
Confidence I want to be your maga! You are a good orator. You were spectacular in your presentation.

Beautiful and classy. Inspiring.❤❤❤🇬🇧

I don't know how you can keep a straight face promoting such a expensive ugly house. Whoever designed this house need to be arrested.

See how tight the premises is, for that money you could buy a village and build your self a palace mansion in Lagos Nigeria. Be wise even if you are a thief.
Yes. Over 3 million dollars should have Olympic size infinity pool and indoor enclosed 10 cars garage with remote control door opener.
I live in Chicago illinois. There is nothing call Chicago brick.
Where is the greenery? No trees or plants?
Waiting for PPP loan lol. Will be Dangote's neighbor soon.
Dear Confidence,
In most of the properties you've shown so far, laundering room is not considered a pertinent feature of a home .
Even home office/ study room is also often missing.
A gym directly opposite the guest bedroom? I'd change it
Nice one beautiful confidence but honestly this house doesn't worth the price, the wasted spaces for where is needed especially the kitchen ! is so tight.and some other necessary things they couldn't fix in..😂😂 they just fix price because is called Banana Island.
Imagine the bush in front of a multi million dollar home?
At 15:40 is that a prison cell???

Beautiful house but definitely not worth it. They just selling location, lifestyle and bragging rights to those that can afford it
Gosh... This will be a terrible experience for the occupants... Feels like living in a vertical tube.
...came here for Confidence...Let dem developers keep their 1.6B shit at the Banks.
The price is not for businessmen. The price is for politicians, government officials, Musicians or 4+1+9
Too tiny, the space is too way small, too expensive, 350 million final
Beautiful home but not worth the price tag. You’ve shown houses which are more beautiful than this and yet prices fall under $1M
Location
Nah this house is a no no for me. It is not worth the price and the structure doesn’t make sense at all for that price.. Is that one plot or half a plot land ? More like $500,000 USD
I'd buy it for USD 200,000. This house is so tiny. I'd rather build a home than buy that house. The developers are crazy if they think anyone would buy a house like this 🤣🤣.
This house do not worth a million dollar
Lmao I’d buy this house and demolish it because of the kitchen
The kitchen is very small!! Sorry but my kitchen is bigger
You lost me at "this is space".
With Great Respect, YOU over aggerating , NEXT Time, PLEASE, get the POINT. For Me, I saw far way Better Home...Again, PLEASE get the Point. Thank You.
3,200,000 for that ?lol
This house is not worth 2 million dollars. There too many doirs, no green and indeed there is no reason to price this foe 3.2 million dollars. Here in London, a house of this price should have a massive garden,, an under ground etc. You people are over prising homes.
A big joke 👎🏽

No offense but Some of these houses are overpriced ,have you seen a $3.5 million house in America?I’m sorry I will pass.
Didn't worth the price
1.6B for this? I guess it's because it's Banana Island
Are you sure this house is real I don't believe it I want to buy
$3.2million my hairy bum, I can create another planet with that. I'm outta here!!
