    I am working to gain confidence with handstands - almost skipped this when I saw the title. But I have gained immense trust in your process & so I gave it a try. I'm going to save this class to favorites to repeat as practice. (There was a LOT of room to grow, lol!)

      I can’t tell you how happy this comment made me Kim. Thank you for your honesty about your initial reaction to the title, I know you probably weren’t the only one who felt this, but I’m so happy you stuck with the class anyways ☺️ thank you for joining ne

    Thank you so much for this!! This is how I’m used to learning things “Drills”. I’ve been working on getting the jump to forward fold since the first overweight disaster that I tried. I was so excited just to make it any distance no matter how ugly. I’ve made it to doing it your way. I just needed some guidance through it a bunch of times. I got my big old butt up in the air and I stayed there for a second and I LANDED AT THE TOP OF MY MAT! thank you. The timing the breath the sequence… I’ve got confidence

    I have been doing yoga for years but I felt stuck and didn’t feel like I was growing. it is by practicing with you that I notice little changes in my body everyday. it may take some time to get comfortable with my hands but phew, did this practice spark something in me! Thank you Charlie ❤

    This was great! Your advice to lean forward before bending knees to jump forward was game changing for me. Thank you

      Hey I'm so happy that was a game changer for you. Sometimes it's the smallest things that make us have an aha moment. I'm so happy you had one of those ☺️

    My balance was ATROCIOUS today. Arms up into high lunge. Stumble stumble … into warrior three. Back foot down 4 times as I leaned forward. Hold foot leg straight in front arms back- the second side. I had to hold the beam above me. 🤭. If I didn’t have days like this I’d have to be a robot. I’m feeling lazy today and my focus is off. But I still did great on the handstand drills. I needed the review! Thanks Charlie

    Wow, that was a hard one! It took me two times to finish this class. First round I failed and broke up. But now, I did it and I'm super proud! This ist such a great challenge. Thank you very much, I practice allmoust every day with your videos since over a year now.

    It's definitely a practice to come back to develop a stand. In my case, it will be many, many times 😊😁🤸🏽‍♀️🙏 thank you, @charliefollows; you continue to be my favorite yoga 🧘 teacher.

    I found the scandasana to sit then stretch and lift really difficult. I didn't feel like my body was in the correct position nor did I feel I got the effect of the poses. What would be the modifications?

    Hi Charlie. How many days are required to master a handstand going with this routine? :)

    • @CharlieFollows
      @CharlieFollows  Рік тому

      That isn't a question I can answer because every one is different. It took me months of continuous practice to get comfortable on my hands, and years to finally feel like I'm stable on my hands.
