Hey Charlie, I've never really been able to get into yoga before seriously, though I've tried so many in-person classes in studios and videos online over the past 10 years. But I came across this 30-day challenge by chance a week ago, and I have loved every single one of your classes so far, because they are so challenging but creative and fun. There's so many times I've had to pause and wonder how you can talk and smile through these sequences, but you never make me feel bad about not quite being there yet. For the first time in my life I'm actually looking forward to coming back daily to struggle on the mat with you :) I don't understand how more people haven't found you yet, but thank you for all the work and love that you put into your videos and I hope you continue growing your community here! ❤
Absolutely love your teaching style. I have been doing yoga on and off for 10 years and your style is special and you are just lovely! Thanks, Charlie!
I think I hit my most ungraceful point during the beginning of this flow!! How in the world did you stay on your mat?!? I was moving all over the bedroom :):) this was a great flow! You are so creative and good at what you do :)
Hehe I think I know which point you mean and believe me if I didn’t rehearse these classes before I filmed them they would look very different 😂 thank you for your support throughout this challenge
I enjoyed it so much! Thank you, Charlie.💛I especially benefited from the pigeon pose holding my arms in Namaste) My back muscles feel really great after it.
Charlie 😍 I like the first dynamic sequence 🤩🤩🤩 I'm a hips mob addicted 😄 thanks for sharing your sweet guide 🙏☺️ looking forward to see your next videos 🌸🌸🌸
Omg, Charlie!!! After almost 2 years I’m not putting my weight into my non 90 degree front leg. I’m sitting and looking like you! 19:46 It’s a lot of hip opening to get here. And strength. Pelvic floor for real
The first bit was the same as the video in the forearm stand program but the last progression was an add on. Definitely worked into the hips. Always good, always soothing. Thank you.
This was so fun! And challenging 😀 My bum moved all over the place in the first sequence 😅🤣 And I felt a kind of internal shaking in my inner thighs lying on my back with feet on the floor at the end, so it definitely did something 😅🙏

Ahaha I know that shakes feeling 😅 I get it everytime after a challenging class. It’s what makes lying on the floor so satisfying at the end ☺️
