I think the demo is perfectly fine for learning the software of course having to leave it open to be able to keep working on your project is kind of annoying but u can still export and save the project u just can't open it again until u buy fl studio :)

constructive criticism. as a viewer, inconsistent audio is really displeasing. especially with videos presenting information through dialogue. for instance, i turn the audio up so i can hear you clearly & fully understand your message, but then the transition slide audio is toooo loud. i have to turn the audio down for the transition, then up again for the information. hope that helps. great video otherwise. good day!
my guy is telling me to buy it cuz of important updates yeah well guess what i was using the software yesterday 23/04/2023 and the app crashed on me when i was making a beat with the demo version. now that should be important but looks like other people also have had the same problem for years. soooooooo. and not just that once you get the pro version for free u have it all you dont have to worry about updates unless u got a f'ed up version unlucky
As someone who’s used FL for about the same time, just use another DAW. Trust me fl is not as good as you think it is. It’s overpriced, underwhelming and extremely unoptimized. Most of the time you won’t end up using most of the built in plugins. The updates make it so much worse and lately they’ve removed the sound font player (which some people payed for) and some other ridiculous designs. Older versions tend to run better than the newer ones and it’s just a mess in general. Be ready for constant crashing, corrupted saves and more. Any other daw like ableton or logic is a much better investment. Image-Line is not really a great company either. Good company gone greed. Cracked FL Studio believe it or not runs better than the legitimate one, as with some testing in a server.

@@Iisakki3000 it’s not really fleshed out. It was made for beats and hasn’t really gotten better than that. Most techniques and workflow is the hardest on fl. The first party stuff is definitely the weakest point besides some effects but tons of daws have more. Most of the vsts and plug-ins aren’t worth using as they are awful in quality and usability. 99% of the stuff I use is third party since fl barely provides for some basic stuff. The “lifetime long updates” are nothing special since they are all just bug fixes anyways and they never add anything useful. It’s overpriced because all the mobile quality soundfonts and vsts make the price go up
Someone finally pointed out the pointlessness about the amount of gigabytes featured in FL Studio that won't be of any use to the average user. That's what I like about LMMS, not downloading a crud ton of material that I'm never gonna use. I can manually add in extras by choice. Perfectionists can't tell me otherwise.

constructive criticism. as a viewer, inconsistent audio is really displeasing. especially with videos presenting information through dialogue. for instance, i turn the audio up so i can hear you clearly & fully understand your message, but then the transition slide audio is toooo loud. i have to turn the audio down for the transition, then up again for the information. hope that helps. great video otherwise. good day!

As someone who’s used FL for about the same time, just use another DAW. Trust me fl is not as good as you think it is. It’s overpriced, underwhelming and extremely unoptimized. Most of the time you won’t end up using most of the built in plugins. The updates make it so much worse and lately they’ve removed the sound font player (which some people payed for) and some other ridiculous designs. Older versions tend to run better than the newer ones and it’s just a mess in general. Be ready for constant crashing, corrupted saves and more. Any other daw like ableton or logic is a much better investment. Image-Line is not really a great company either. Good company gone greed. Cracked FL Studio believe it or not runs better than the legitimate one, as with some testing in a server.

@@Iisakki3000 it’s not really fleshed out. It was made for beats and hasn’t really gotten better than that. Most techniques and workflow is the hardest on fl. The first party stuff is definitely the weakest point besides some effects but tons of daws have more. Most of the vsts and plug-ins aren’t worth using as they are awful in quality and usability. 99% of the stuff I use is third party since fl barely provides for some basic stuff. The “lifetime long updates” are nothing special since they are all just bug fixes anyways and they never add anything useful. It’s overpriced because all the mobile quality soundfonts and vsts make the price go up

Someone finally pointed out the pointlessness about the amount of gigabytes featured in FL Studio that won't be of any use to the average user. That's what I like about LMMS, not downloading a crud ton of material that I'm never gonna use. I can manually add in extras by choice. Perfectionists can't tell me otherwise.
