The producer edition seems to be the best option for a newbie. Especially since you can always upgrade later on. Its 150 right now. All plugins is 374. Which would be great for someone who is serious and not completely brand new to music creation. If I get to a decent enough level and continue using the software, I will most definitely upgrade. But with my newbie status, I cannot justify getting that at the moment.

I asked them to refund as this is straight up a lie and a bullying tactic and so they did... now I'm occasionally using the trial version.
I used the trial for a long time to get to grips with FL Studio because I was a complete beginner to music making. I eventually purchased the all plugins edition when I realised it is worthwhile and that the features I was using most in trial were not in the other versions. Apart from not being able to reopen saved files in the trial version, it does allow you to really explore the daw. I wrote my first piece with the trial and its limitations actually made me understand my song better because I had rewrite from the beginning a few times.
The way Ive been getting around the whole "cannot load saves" is by sending my file to my friend who then sends it back and I can then open the file again

That's a design feature. That allows professionals who don't own FL Studio to collaborate with others who do, without having to pay for it themselves. In other words, a pro could help out a friend and also get a good intro to FLS, which helps new producers and also helps sell more seats.
Bro the fruity addition is great I got that first and upgraded gradually when I realised why I needed the signature bundle. I will be upgrading to the all plugin version later when I actually need it

I’ve been using fl studio for approximately 15 years, since high school. I started from fl studio demo 9 from softsonic. Few years later I purchased the producer edition. Then I realised fl studio is almost constantly updated, which means new plugins. Not that new plugins mean better producer it’s just I am a fan of image-line and fl studio. Love their software. But their all plugins bundle for me, makes sense to purchase. If you’re starting out just use the demo, as you get better and better at production, feel free to upgrade.
If you're in the market for a new computer try to buy one that comes with FL Producer Edition included like I did. I got a Razer laptop and it came with FL so when I upgraded to the all plugins bundle I only had to pay $200.

Well try it first. I bought the producer version to just abandon it after 3 months because I couldn't work with the workflow of FL. Utilize the test version of different Daws so you get a feeling. You always can upgrade

yes you can use any 3rd party plugins. take a look at the signature bundle too because it has newtone and pitcher which are good for vocals. Producer edition might be fine though, just depends exactly what you need
Bought the signature bundle years ago. After the last couple of years of upgrades, it isn't worth it anymore. I will probably upgrade to the full version now. I'm a big Synth guy. And I'm a little hurt over not having Kepler EXO. Sytrus and Harmless are good. But the last exclusive synth starting at Signature Bundle was so long ago. I DGAF about pitch correction or another Phaser. Gross Beat is nice. But I might just switch to Bitwig full-time. The modular rack right in the workflow is nice. A little more convenient than Opening and closing Patcher.
Now prices are dropped,, yesterday I bought Fl Studio Signature Édition in 8800₹ ( around 110$ ) and All Plugins is available at 190$ 😅 and I got Many plugins like Sakura and others with Signature Bundle..
Been using it since 2008. The basics of it are ridiculously easy to understand, which is most likely a reason why FL is so popular among new music producers. When it comes to stuff like mixing, installing certain vsts and plugins and some settings however, you may struggle. But on youtube you will find all the information and help you need for that. So it's a bit of a learning curve but once you get a hang of it it's not that complicated.
I'm sticking with FL-Studio 9. I went to upgrade and they want more money. In addition, ALL my plugins don't work anymore. I'm on a new computer and I don't have access to image line. I even had to create all accounts I previously had before. Version 9 still works, but my plugins. I'm HEATED!!! :( I feel like I've been ripped off.

I don't agree with the conclusion for the Fruity Edition. I work mainly with VST's and midi and then the Fruity edition is a great program with wonderful midi tools.

wow i didn't know the demo version i have been using for 3 years has all the plugins i use, i was gonna go for the producer version but i think im the All Plugins Edition as i use almost every plugin in FL and in my currency (British Pound) it goes for around 400 pounds but right now it's 20% off and is down to 306 so thanks for this video as i was just gonna get the producer edition.
I always used the cracked version when I was young, so when I finally earned my own money and worked a decent job I thought it was time to pay for their service and buy the producer edition. Ended up having to buy the all plugins bundle because I just couldnt handle the restrictions on the plugins I got used to😅

@@RoarStaze MPC beats is free, get the FL Studio demo make music export the midi and audio from FL and load that into MPC beats. Save the FL project and you can open that in the future when you have the full version. Load the midi and audio exported from FL.

Their latest update has a bug. When mixing down a wave file it gets stuck and doesn't complete.
You can always start at the beginning. And work your way up in increments if money is tight. But i got the whole enchilada. It was worth the purchase.

yeah for sure. once you buy FL Studio you own it for life and you can put it on any computer you want

Only thing demo doesnt give is the ability to resume your work, so its not good for multi day projects

I bought Fl studio Signature bundle but some native Vst is in demo .. Vst like Morphines, Harmor, sakura, Harmless, ...dont know why😔😔
