What to do if only 6 workouts are loaded instead of 160

Hi. Wait for a few hours and it should all sync, it took a couple of hours for mine to sync from Zepp to Strava.

Think this happens occasionally, didn't quite happen to me but a few posts on this online. Try this link: support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/223297187-How-to-get-your-Activities-to-Strava#devices
I also suggest raising a ticket within Zepp app and/or Strava.
