Big mistake to install spare wheel on the front part. Better take off rear wheel and install on the front and then spare wheel on rear side. It will be more safe. Otherwise the consequences can lead to serious accidents.
This is emergency roadside assistance, not a shop. The insurance only pays for one tire to be changed unless the vehicle is all wheel drive. The spare is for temporary use. If the customer wants to pay an additional charge to rotate the wheels. I would be glad to do so. However, none ever do. So, while it is better to put the donut spare on the rear. That's not always my decision. For example, I could say. Big mistake eating McDonald's, you should eat at Burns Steak House, but if the customer only wants to pay for McDonald's, then what good is my suggestion? Also, most of the people watching this, stranded on the side of the road in the cold rain, aren't thinking about rotating wheels. Their thinking quickest way outta the situation.
