Omg.. lol. Where SHOULD they put the spare on this vehicle Mr Engineer? Just take up the extra cargo space in the back that is available for use 99.999999% of the time when you don’t have a flat tire? It’s right where it should be. In an unusable space out of sight with easy access when needed.
@@grantv2313 I'm a technician and always dealing with engineer logic when trying to repair stuff. Also, when a technician comes up with a good improvement and submits it to engineering, completely ignored.

$40,000 van and you can't get a full size spare,my 2012 toyota has a full size spare and extra wheel
Cost them probably only $150 extra for a full size. Probably engineering who made that decision.
Should have lowerd spare after u Jack up the car.

@@grantv2313 its a shitty spot. in a crevice in the cargo space has worked just fine, no need to change it.
