    I’m out here in northern colorado and I don’t know what my deal is but I just can’t get on any sort of pattern in the summer. I fish almost every day for a few hours at least and I’d say I get skunked 50 percent of the time. I’ve watched pretty much every one of your videos so I have a decent idea what to do and consider myself a decent bass fishermen but this time of year is just hard fishing out here. Not sure if it’s because our seasons have such extremes or possibly because I’m fishing from shore not sure but has me itching to get to fall and spring those are the times of year out here where you can slay em

    For me it's spinnerbait time slow roll deep points. I'll throw a crankbait if I know it's mostly rocky and larger rocks at depth. Fished Dale hollow and end up using large jigs deep at a guess 45-60 deep. Did ok not huge but nice 2.5-4lbs. Way more 2.5 than any did catch a stripper on a bucktail.

    Hi guys! I have a question and I thought it could be an interesting topic for an explanation in a video. Being from Spain, I fish only for northern strain largemouth, wich have adapted really well to southern Europe waters, and as you know don't get as big as Florida bass. Well my question is about these bass behavior in comparison to Florida strain, how can we adjust your fishing tips and techniques to each subspecie. Thanks for your videos, as you can see you help bass fishermen from all around the world. Tight lines!

    • @thegiant573
      @thegiant573 3 роки тому +2

      Only adjustment I would make is lurer size. Go with a little smaller size and you should do great.

      @spbassfish 3 роки тому

      @@model101jr5 I'm kind of far, but now they are also in central and southern Spain, but a lot of people don't really like them because they are destroying other gamefish population... There are great bass lakes here too, they usually don't grow over 8-9 pounds, and a lot of people doing competitions and events with +25 pound bags. Also many giant pike and barbel fisheries.

    Can you do a video on your typical town lake or pond? These are typically featureless, there are no shades or structures other than fountains and the deepest spot may be 10-15 ft. And the water is typically stained in the summer time. Visibility may be like a foot or two at most. I am stumped as to how to fish them. I know there are fish there because I've caught them before but come summer, they disappear and I can't find them. I tried a whole bunch of different stuff but only finding dinks close to the bank and big ones are nowhere to be found (tried the deep spots too)

    Man I’m so stuck on my home lake. I CANNOT find the fish when the water is low like it is now. Kind of a highland reservoir, absolutely no vegetation, no cover, very scarce structure, stained water, and only about 300 acres. I’m sure they’re deep somewhere but I cannot find them. Skunked my last few trips out there. I’ve tried damn near everything. People always say deep cranks in summer, but I have yet to catch anything with a deep crank. Zero confidence in those.

I've caught a lot of bass up to 30' just not real big 4lbs max, doesn't get much deeper than that in Louisiana, but was just wondering your thoughts heard Andrew Upshaw mention same thing in a recent video, he thinks it's attributed to those larger bass needing more oxygen?
