I had a busy few weeks moving into a new city and getting settled in, but now that I am I need to go food shopping and your video is awesome I will definitely be looking for these healthy products to refuel the right way this winter. :)

Not being based in North America, I don’t really know Natura market. I love my bio & co organic store here though.
I loved exploring the bio stores while living in Europe! So many great products! :)
I found the bbq ranch way too spicy. I had to cut it with mayo to make it more tasty. Love Hu chocolate 🍫

Oooh, I'm so envious you get all those cassava products! I can't find them here in Turkey:(
I hear you girl! I used to live in Germany and it was much harder finding grain-free alternatives.
If you can get your hands on cassava flour though (order from the US in bulk?) then there are pretty much recipes for all of these products online. I recently tried tortillas and they turned out great!
