As a disabled person sometimes I’m not able to go and sit in the garden and maintain it the way I want. So these videos of you pottering around being me so much joy as I imagine myself being there with you 💖
You are so delightful in every way and just as 'real'. I'm 76 this year and if I could trade my (wonderful) life for anyone, it would be you Catherine! Bravo for living your life as authentically as you have and continuing to plow onward just for the joy of it. The garden is looking fabulous!
Beautiful decor Thumbs up Always 💖The person who is reading this comment, I wish you great success, health , love and happiness 💕Thank you for inspiring me to push harder with my videos 🌹
Hi what can I say after a 5 yr messy divorce..you have inspired me to stop walking past that thing that I'll get round to one day 😁 I have taken 2 weeks from work and cleared my loft..garage and shed..revamped my garden which I also love and its big but had messy corners..no more 😁 I feel energised and new..many thanks..look forward to watching your future videos..who knew a broom is my best friend in the garden..love everything now and upcycling everything as well..house..garden and me have a new lease of life ❤
Prunus is a cherry!😃... beautiful 🍒🍒🍒. "It's an unselfish person who plants a tree" meaning so much of the trees life will be after we're gone, so we're also planting for everyone else...a lovely thought 🤗🤗🤗
The white geraniums are my favorite in my garden. The white flowers make me happy. Finding them in the United States is a challenge. Thank you for this video.
How beautiful it looks your garden…can’t wait to see your. Tree…blooming..🌸🌸🌸🌸…you inspire me so much ….on any project you do..they are really amazing..thank you have a lovely week…blessings 🙏🙏🙏🌸🌸🌸🌿🪴🪴🌿🌿🌿🪴🌱🌿🌿🙋🏻♀️🌻
Hello my lovely Dainty Garden Fairy. You are truly a bright light of SUNSHINE ☀️. You have no idea how much I appreciate you. My daddy passed on the 21st and tho our relationship wasn’t as close as when I was younger, losing a parent hurts💔. Thank you for putt a smile on my face and the little escape all your videos always provide. Lots of LOVE as always 💖🏡🌹🌼🌷🌻🌸🌺💐
Greetings from east coast Canada. This rainy Saturday morning there is no going out weeding dandelion today. I came across your channel, after one video I had to subscribe. You are a breath of fresh air in your way of expressing yourself, love what you're doing in your yard. Thank you for taking the time to share your love of nature.
Your. Book. Is. Published. OMG that is Exciting!!! I admire how you think of something, plan it, do it ... And clean up after 😆 As a long time, pre-pandemic viewer, who's old enough to be your Nana, I am so proud of you! Ordered to Canada, and can't wait!! 🤗
Sometimes yardwork can be so overwhelming. But you motivate me. I just bought a white climbing rose bush. I'm so excited to plant it. And my Mom started some cherry, apple, and peach trees. 🤍
I am addicted to true crime stuff. When I want to escape the darkness and need something light and fluffy, you are the channel I go to. I especially love your garden related videos because I live in a flat and you are living my "garden dream". I'm so jealous. Happy digging and growing!!!!
I understand your gratitude for established trees. We moved into a new neighborhood development 2 1/2 years ago. There are no established trees. I miss the ones in our old neighborhood. I planted crepe myrtles when we moved in, and they are growing well. Good luck with your garden. I really enjoy all your gardening videos.
Gardening is the best therapy! I’ve been gardening for nearly 60 years basically my whole life. I helped my grandma a lot with hers and she taught me everything ❤️❤️❤️❤️😎
You really are the only creator I know that gardens in a pretty white dress ❤️ you go girl, 2 years of enjoying your videos and still here still watching xx
Love magnolias, such lovely colours. Bought one a few weeks ago but very small. Trees are so important plus home to the blackbird family 😁. Hope you & Blondie have a good week
I appreciate you saying you are grateful for trees planted by others in the past. We lived in our house for over 10 years and we planted a cherry tree and an apple tree in the front garden. We sold in 2018 and looking on Google earth the new owners have ripped out the trees and gravelled the whole front garden. Makes me sad that they killed the trees 😢. Wish I’d taken them with me but the move probably would have killed them too.
Catherine your garden looks amazing, but then whatever you do, be it in your house or garden , it always looks stunning. How do you manage to look so graceful when gardening, I end up looking like I've been pulled through the bush backwards. 🙂
Bless your heart! I can't imagine finding a dead body in my garden. I love crime drama's too and I would have thought the same thing. So glad you didn't have to call the police for a skeleton in your yard. I just love your backyard. I was telling a friend about you and she was going to watch your video. You make gardening seems so fun.
ps thanks for telling us the names of the plants and flowers as a hopeless gardener and also living in Australia, I'm unfamiliar with many (most) of your plants 😆 So glad you got help for those big jobs. Sometimes you just gotta ask for help in life ! 🥰
Laughed at your comments about finding dead bodies in the garden. I also watch n read too much crime dramas so can relate 🤣🤣😅 Really enjoy your channel. Blondie is the cat's pyjamas ! Hi from Australia 🇦🇺 xx
Everything looks beautiful. That broom of yours. I was laughing so hard. It mulches, it cleans the sidewalk and yes, it even can sweep the grass! 🤣 The greenhouse looks especially inviting. Hope Mom is well. Stay safe 🙏🏻💜🌸
You are a breath of fresh air. So happy for you that digging in the soil, planting, and being outside gives you such pleasure. Almost teared up when you spoke of the "borrowed landscape". Thank you for bringing smiles each week through your videos. See you next week. ❤
Your garden is looking lovely, growing so nicely. It’s fun to watch your journey. I do enjoy your videos very much. Your fun and bubbly personality brings joy. I feel like I’m sitting chatting with a friend. Have a great day - I have to get out into my garden now x
Catherine, great video, loving your garden missy💕 I’ve just left my gorgeous garden in France 3/4 acre of land that was nothing 11 yrs ago, but I filled it with everything and anything, but I made a jasmine area around the outdoor kitchen, oh the climbing jasmine was beautiful it smelt divine when I’m flower, also a jasmine clematis which I can’t find at the moment 😡 it covered a load of trellis with 1000s of sweet smelling white flowers glorious, Best tip ever was grow in a big tub … borage plant let it flower then cut back, put into a bucket cover with water and let it rot, it stinks!! But when the smell has gone bottle it! It’s amazing stuff for fertilising do the same with nettles, so borage for starting feed then nettle for fertiliser… oh dilute 10water to 4 stinky ok and it costs nothing so natural too 💖xx
very sweet video* You can put a solar fountain in your pond so mosquitos don't become a problem. I have gotten a few from amazon and use them in bird baths. They are just a round disc shape but make a nice sprinkling of water
Catherine, I love, love, love your videos. You always inspire me. Please be careful with the Fallopia. It's common name is 'the mile-a-minute- plant' and it's very, very invasive. People use it to quickly cover up eyesores. Good luck!
I like lupins too, but, they do take over, you will be dividing regularly. Also, watch them for greenfly!!!!!! You're a "heller" as my mother in law used to call me, get stuck in to everything! Good on you, nice to see a youngster take such joy in their garden, well done!!
Borrowed landscape is a beautiful way of describing what we see from our gardens and windows. Always a cheeky thumbs up 👍🏻. Thank you for another fab video. Hugs 🤗 from Surrey England xx
Be very wary of those climbing vines. The common name is Russian Vine or Mile a minute. They truly are very vigorous and would easily cover that tree you have at the back. ❤️
Your garden is looking beautiful. I was laughing at your comments about a body buried in the backyard. I worked on a scripted crime drama for over ten years and you'd be amazed at the stuff I had to Google depending on what we were shooting any particular week. I'm sure I'm on a government watchlist somewhere. Cheers!
My dad had 2 Japanese maple trees and we used to play the game of "how much do you think it is now" as they would grow. They were the most beautiful Lacey-like trees. I wish I had before and after pics of them.
This is a great video Dainty. Don't plant Fallopia Auberetti, honestly this is a hybrid of Japanese knotweed and no joke if it gets near your house or your neighbours it can devalue your home by thousands! It can get through brick and concrete the lot! Don't do it. Do ivy or wisteria or something instead. Much love
I’m going to finish watching your video, but before we go any further, just wanted to say, tree hugging is right up my alley as are Magnolias. They don’t last long, but you’re going to love it every spring. Now back to your video. Sorry for interrupting. 😆🌸
As a disabled person sometimes I’m not able to go and sit in the garden and maintain it the way I want. So these videos of you pottering around being me so much joy as I imagine myself being there with you 💖

Blessings and Protection over you as well in Jesus Mighty Name , Amen!!! 🌸🍃🥰
Your neighbours will probably love that you trimmed that tree.

Aw I LOVE this! You must be feeling chuffed with yourself and so satisfied x
I home you are still doing well❤
Dear Catherine, I love your garden, and how happy you are out working. I am listening to the birds chirping this morning. A beautiful sunny morning.
Prunus is a cherry!😃... beautiful 🍒🍒🍒.
"It's an unselfish person who plants a tree" meaning so much of the trees life will be after we're gone, so we're also planting for everyone else...a lovely thought 🤗🤗🤗
I’m so happy I’ve found your channel ! It’s given me a break from my constant anxiety. So thankful for your videos🪴🌻
'I watch too much crime drama.' I recommend costume drama. Very few surprises at the bottom of the garden.
Thank you for sharing your cozy, lovely, enchanted life with all of us. You're absolutely adorable!
The 'dead body' had me laughing. 😂 - Frances
I could not stop laughing at your crime story imagination with the bag in your garden. I love your garden.
Your garden is just beautiful Catherine. 🌼🌷⚘🌳
The white geraniums are my favorite in my garden. The white flowers make me happy. Finding them in the United States is a challenge. Thank you for this video.
I love that you wear an apron and no gloves when gardening! You’re a woman after my own heart❣️
I love your garden and how you are bringing it together 👩🌾🇦🇺
Catherine, I love the garden, you’ve done such a wonderful job nurturing everything. You are a role model for caring about nature!

Hi Catherine we love the garden it sure has changed alot since you started working in your backyard.👍👍❤
Always so upbeat and fun, and an air of peaceful. Yes, its nice when overlooking trees add so much. I am loving the tulips and daffodils.
Thanks so much Cliff 😊 The spring bulbs are adding much needed colour to the garden x
You should send a short video into Gardeners World, you are sooooo enthusiastic about your garden. Monty would love it xx

Your garden is so peaceful and lovely. Two cheeky thumbs up from Toronto 👍👍🤗🇨🇦
I love crime shows too. Your yard is so pretty and I have watched you all the way through your transformation. Amazing results!
I love your garden, it’s so cozy with all your plants. 😊❤️🇨🇦
Need to get a couple of lil frogs for your lil pond.
I love visiting with you (that’s what your videos feel like to me ).

Omg……😂😂😂😂😆😆😆😉🤣🤣🤣, you are sooo adorable.
Supervisor Blondie watching to make sure you're planting properly. She's a cutie. Your garden is coming along so nicely.
Of course Janine 🤣 her number one job is to make sure I’m doing mine 🤣🥰
