Funny all the stupid critics . It's called Bonzo Bash which is a lot of great musicians who get together with minimal rehearsal to pay tribute to a musician and band they love. It's a party Enjoy It and be glad people care enough to do it
for once one of these tributes goes successfully.so sorry to chris cornell but his was horrific.so bad it was disrespectful.they must have been too lazy/busy to bother with any or enough rehearsals.this one is awesome.the guitar players were at least 90% accurate.Chad Smith is such a great musical leader.And the singer was actually awesome! if he is gona do that Robert Plant posturing then he had better be a fucking beast on vocals! which he was

He's more a showman than a drummer, his playstyle is all about "how high can you move your arms and how hard you can hit the drums" doesn't caring if it sounds good. From his band too only Flea saves.
Harder Chad Harder! Try and break the cymbals! Why do all of these drummers feel the need to bash the s**t out of the kit? 1) This is not how Bonham played. 2) It sounds like crap 3) It does nothing for the song.
Because he's plays with his heart and this song makes you play hard. Your probably one those people who thinks Bonham was the best... as a drummer, playing this hard can sometimes burn out before your set or show is over. Chad is what you call a dynamic player. One volume all the way and I can see how it annoys people.
Chad is a true Zep head. This is much more the way Bonzo played it live than in the studio.

Listen to Bonzo on Moby Dick, he kicks the shine off his kit. Good drummer's only hold back when the song calls for it.
