What great History!! So Nice to see & hear from the people that did the Racing!! Remember a lot of this. Awesome video. Thanks again for sharing this with us.🏆🏆😎
So sorry to hear that LV has had some health issues, happens to us all. I worked on her Ferrari for over 30 years up until my retirement in 2019. She was always so nice to my wife Chrissy and would be sad to hear that she passed away in 2021. LV always got us the all access passes for Pomona, my wife loved the drags. Hang in there baby, I love and miss you.
I had seen very few of these pictures and heard little excerpts of the record. This was very interesting to me I recognized many of the drivers. I love the history of motor sports from the hemi era so cool to see the pictures of the hairy olds. I could watch these kind of slideshows everyday not just because of Linda Vaughn. It was amazing to see her with all the big drivers on the big days when big things were becoming history. She was there and loved it. Cobra jets at the 68 winter nationals. Pete Hamiltons super bird at Daytona. It is no wonder she could talk to anyone at any race she probably had a better idea of the pulse of the times than the racers in it with her being on the frontlines in trans am, can am, drag racing, nascar and on &on she was there if it was a big day in racing.
