I second this
Definitely.
This funny Ball and bankrupt was there first before any journalist.
fully agree!!!!
Absolutely!
Please do a "life after at US" , we want to know what happen to them & an update. This documentary team deserve an award, it is not an easy task

2years later, Mother: son you doctor yet?
Similar to CNA documentary about HKer's life after moving to UK after 2019 crisis. I think they will do it.
Salute to all the crew members doing this documentary, my family and I were awe by their commitment towards producing this documentary.
Respect to the crew for making this documentary possible
I've watched many videos about “Walk the Line”, but this video series is the most complete documentary report. It reflects the true stories of a specific group of Line walkers and their psychological changes throughout the way. Well done, Wei Du’s team. Salut to your hard work and braveness.👏
Mad respect to Wei Du and her team for this incredible piece of live-journalism. Thank you guys!
The one of the best documentary about life of migration in the modern day .
Thanks for journy of humanity, we are not so different from one another after all. Made me cry.
An exceptionally great documentary. Thank you to CNA and the team. As Feng Hong said, it makes the problems we face in our everyday life feel so insignificant. 🙏🏼
Just plain great storytelling .... raw yet suttle and pockets of emotional moments while still keeping it tightly and compactly intense throughout...really fantastic job Wei Du , her team & CNA for doing this on the other side of the world ..😘🥰💪👏👏👏💪💪💪...my utmost RESPECT to these families...!
Exceptional story with an exceptional crew and families 💪🏻 What a privilege to watch such content, thank you for doing what you do!
I hoping Wei Du and team get the award from this documentary. Oh man, I love her. I have been watching her reporting intensive news all these years, outstanding woman. ❤
If this documentary not receive any award, let us crown you the award.
Awesome story guys
Amazing. Probably one of the toughest CNA documentaries to date.
I posted comment in the 3 parts series and I'll repeat it here again - this documentary is incredible. Must watch! Pay me 100k I still don't dare to join such project. CNA and team Du Wei definitely deserves an award. 👍👍👍
Never been this hooked on a documentary! Fantastic work CNA, Wei Du and crew! My goodness!
Salute to the whole team who made this documentary possible for us. No words can express or describe our appreciation.
Really well done honest, straight forward reporting... you all deserve a media award 👍
Excellent documentary series. Haven't watched one lately which made me binge watch all parts within half a day. Pls make more of such truly insightful documentary.
I agree with the producer about how insignificant our problems are compared to what these migrants went through.
It reminded me that what I have in my life is not only because of the hard work nor my knowledge. But it’s truly the opportunities I have in my life. These migrants are definitely more hardworking and smarter than me, but unfortunately their circumstances do not allow them the lifestyle they deserve
An extremely humbling documentary. Thank you so much 🙏🙏
They could have achieved all those things in China but it makes you question are they really being honest about their innocent portrayals? I think the whole world outside of America make think its heaven here and blame their current misfortunes due to not being born in America. Ultimately you don’t need to be in America to make it in life. These people in my view are not humble or innocent. Far from it. They are takers and my hunch is most of them will not do well in America. They will realize soon enough its not like a hollywood movie.
This is probably one of the toughest project that CNA has ever done and worked on it… it legit gave awesome insight to viewers like us… kudos to the team that risk so much to bring us this documentary and man this documentary deserves an award!!! One of the best documentary CNA has ever done!!!!
I admire the courage and wisdom the entire crew had when making this documentary. Thank you for going so deep into this subject and capturing such valuable material. ❤
One of the best, most captivating documentary I’ve watched! Watched it all in one go! Big thanks to the team for the superb work!
Thank you, for capturing humanity and resilience ❤
CNA journalists yall got balls. Respect that.
Best must watch documentary that I have seen in recent years. Watch it if you haven’t!
Kudos to your bravery Wei Du, indeed you guys are the people who chose to run towards the fire! Thanks for your incredible work that we could get to watch such insightful documentary!
I really enjoyed the series. To me it's a one part series since I binge watched all 3 parts in one go
Thank you for all your hard work guys!👏👏👏
The best CNA documentary to date. Excellent production. Breathtaking storytelling. Remarkable video journalism. My highest praise to Dui Wei and her team.
Outstanding and terrific work.
This was top notch journalism and really gave such an interesting view into these migrants' journey. I'd love to see how they are doing now in the US
Thank you Du Wei and the team at cna for this excellent documentary. Du Wei is such an amazing storyteller. Keep up the good work. Im wondering if Carlos really met with the military or is he smoking the team 😂
Thank you for risking yourselves in producing this documentary. Indeed, it does make our everyday problems look so insignificant.
It was a very insightful documentary ... the grass is always green on the other side. Great effort
They are criminals run away from prosecution in
China, using churches to camouflage their illegal activities then run away otherwise why they hide from camera ? 😅
This series is worthy of an Award series.... very well filmed
The best CNA documentry
It's really brave... I chanced upon part 1 and I went on to watch 2 and 3 together. I cried over some parts while watching... really I did.
Kudos to the CNA team and crew! You guys are so brave!
It’s an amazing documentary! ❤
Binge watched all parts of thus documentary. Very well put out. And props to the crew who had the balls to film in dangerous parts of south america. Crazy how the chinese migrants faced hard challenges and obstacles from there starting point in Ecuador to America. And once they've reached America. A new challenges faces them once again.
Mind blowing episode… hats off to the crew….I was surprised Chinese and other people taking their life at risk for the sake of American dreams… life is important guys god’s gift don’t mess up …
well done and thank you,CNA❤
The best documentary’s I have seen in years well done all of you god bless you all xx💕💕💕💕💕
Watched all 3 parts of the documentary. Very insightful, sad and shocking. Bravo to Wei Du & team for the report.
I think I cried a bit on all 3 parts, over the family.
This was one of the best documentary I have ever saw
Thank you for making this video and sharing what's really happening in the real world and show us how bless and fortunate we are as chinese born in a different part of the world. Thank you, thank you for the risk you took to make this video. God bless!
An extraordinary docuseries that is very enlightening in this age of globalisation. kept me at the edge of my toes throughout all 3 parts. i do hope that there would be a follow up or continuation of the migrant lives and how they adapt into their American dream life or if it is what they always thought to be. Big kudos to the team that created this series!!
This may be the most exciting documentary CNA has done in a whole...
Thank you so much for your hard work!
This was really good.
Great work by the CNA team. Sad that the Chinese migrants did not realize they were the gold mine themselves, not US.
CNA always the best❤❤❤
Best documentary 2024.. well done.
Amazing documentary
CNA going Vice, that's Awesome 🎉
Great stuff! You guys rock!!! 🎉
Amazing work, kudos!
Wei Du and her team are awesome! They should each receive Pulitzer awards!

epic journey and story
amazing documentary 👍👍👍
Good documentary series. 👍
Simply amazing story telling! Courageous journalist and crew. My respects. The best of luck to the many families taking on this challenging journey.
The documentary was so good
A great story nicely told . Plz support the team and watch the documentary
You guys are wild and crazy, running towards the fire 🔥
Though this three patt documentary is about illegal migrants’ journey entering the US border, the coverage gets you to personally know 3-4 Chinese families/ couples. It creates the viewers to have empathy for them ( though I do not approve illegals entering my country). It also made me think back of my ancestors who left their homeland in Europe hoping for a better life in America.
An amazing documentary with excellent filming.
I loved this docu-series. I also found the Chengdu family endearing but worried for them.
great work, great risk too!
This is a wonderfull documentry. They should see if PBS or some other national TV station would sponsor it and put it out there nationally. I would love to get a follow up on how these families are doing. .
It's finally here!!! The team deserves an award!!!
Such amazing human beings!
Respect for the second times🎉
what a documentary series CNA!!! Props to all of you!!
Yes, a strong story. Good job well done guys. Any update on mom,dad & Lucy? Or others...
To Mom, Dad and Lucy - may they always be safe and eventually succeed in the US! Amazing and resilient family right there.
This is extraordinarily superb..pls make some documentary about Myanmar uprising war too in which doctors in clouding cardiologists teachers students fight back against junta
Looking forward to this one!
They have been uploaded already! I binge-watched all 3 parts - great documentary, great story-telling! Looking forward to more quality productions! Well done, Ms Du Wei and her team members!
@@anneeli3089 Oh yes you are right, i just saw it! Gonna head over nao!
As a person who has been working in US-Mexico border and experienced the grave differences between developed-undeveloped countries , I can only say I understand why they do that .
Once they succeed , their children may have a totally changed life unlike in their own countries . I guess this is the main reason which drives so many ppl to take the huge risks.
Definitely.Kudos to those parents who whatever it takes to go so far for the sake of their future generations
bakkua is really like gold.
I dont usually get moved easily but i want to cry when i watched the documentary all episodes until they reached USA. Great coverage and now whenever i feel that my life is sad i will think of these people who risked thier lives for thier kids to have a better life or for themselves to live freely. I pray to God they all get asylum and live happy lives in America and if God willing i get to meet one or some of them and i will hug them for thier bravery; they all almost died. Omg what a story. Thank you WeiDu for the excellent coverage. I salute you. You are brave too.
US immigration law may sound odd, however it does provide hope for genuine people who need help. But it can also invite criminals and undesirable visitors. For Singapore, we stress a lot about law and order. Such laws are unthinkable. Great documentary! U guys took the risk to bring us the story.
👏👏👏👍👍👍👏👏👏
You should of asked them who the hell are you to invade a country unlawful.
"Walk the Line" is the series before they go to America.I would suggest the Title after they Pass the Border "Life under Borderline".
Will you shoot another documentary about what happened to them after they arrived at the USA.
Great job!!! Dangerous stuff!!! I hope those Chinese are doing ok! Peace from Fuzhou, China.
This funny Ball and bankrupt was there first before any journalist..
I wonder if the journalists were inspired by the Bald And Bankrupt youtube channel that did a similar series last year where he crossed the Darien Gap on foot.
Biden's weakness led to this
One of the line walkers got his nickname "Mr. Donut" after he made a video praising the flavor of the snacks some strangers gave to him after he arrived in the US.
Timmy Katar 's. And Bald and bankrupt 's channles have the best documentries about Darien gap journey they were relly risking their lives
Did the Chinese families make it to America?
I’m one of those undocumented immigrants from China. also cross through the Darin Gap last year.if you want to know what’s happening for me and the days after enter Great USA
I am glad to share it 😊

So what happened to the Chongqing couple with a toddler? Were they found and saved?
The couple with the toddler were filmed in NYC toward the end of part 3.
@@tonfieI must have missed it, but thank you!
They so SMART.!!
They already managed to blame Mexico for all their woes.
As a Chinese America I walked the Darien Gap in 2007, it was the second time I was in the area, that was When FARC was still active, I would venture to say that the area has become more dangerous since then, even though that FARC is no longer active, nowadays various gangs control the region
Crazy. Yes I think America treats the lgbtq better. As a straight man, I would leave the country too if nail houses are a thing over there and anti lgbtq+. Good for you!
