When you talk about the final batch percentage of SH and Surfactant, is that what used directly on the house or is that batch then put through the downstreamer? I can’t find any video that clarifies this. Thanks
Ok, so on my proportioner system, I have a 15 gallon surfactant tank, would I put 12 oz. in that 15 gallon tank of water? The confusing part to me is it will be mixed again with more water when going through the valve system, diluting it more.
Hey brother, thanks for the great question...as far as a proportioner, we have ours permanently set to .80. Truth, is you don't need a lot of surfactant to make this thing work, just a smidge!
Are you batch mixing for your downstreaming? You mention going no more than 4%, but later mentioned that your soft washing trucks all have metering valves which means your not batch mixing. Thanks in advance!!
Surfactant will lesson the effect of the SH and eventually make it inert...or unusable. That's why you should only make enough of what you actually need.
Just talked to Specialty Sealants and she told me they don't carry the Diedrich 101 any longer...Looks like Diedrich has discontinued the 101...trying to push the Envirestore 100 a citrus based product??? What are you using for masonry now?
Thank you for the great comment and question. We still have about 20 Gallons of Dietrich 101 here at our shop but let me check with my vendor and I will keep you posted.
Yes, we deal with that quite a bit, my suggestion...spray some 50/50 mix on it from a pump sprayer and let that sit for about 10 minutes and then pressure wash. Most times you will have to that at least twice.

No, we don't batch mix anymore. We have a metering system at the shop as well as on the trucks.
do you know of a good alternative for the diedrich 101 since it has been discontinued?
Hi, thanks for the comment, this is what I am working with now, same results, awesome chemical! shorturl.at/eryT8
Thanks for video. if concrete is painted, what are chances chemicals will dissolve the paint?
Will not damage it.
You are awesome !!!
Thank you I appreciate that!
What exactly did you mean by you can add 4 to 6 gallons of Exter surfactant depending on the pitch of the roof can you explain that?
Make sure you email for a proper response.
What would you use as your "concrete brightener"?
email me brother so I can send you out my formula on that
Is 50gal enough to do a whole roof. I ran through a 5 gal bucket pretty quick using my
x jet on my porch.
I depends, on most roofs we use around 70 gallosn, that's 35 gallons of water and 35 gallos of 12.5% SH with 100 ounces of roof surfactant.
Surfactants bottle says dont leave mixed with SH overnight but it doesnt say why. Do you know the reason ?
Surfactant will lesson the effect of the SH and eventually make it inert...or unusable. That's why you should only make enough of what you actually need.
So if I don’t batch mix and use same day i can use the detergent?
Yes you can
Hey I’m in the DMV area as well where is a good place to purchase SH?

Just talked to Specialty Sealants and she told me they don't carry the Diedrich 101 any longer...Looks like Diedrich has discontinued the 101...trying to push the Envirestore 100 a citrus based product??? What are you using for masonry now?
Thank you for the great comment and question. We still have about 20 Gallons of Dietrich 101 here at our shop but let me check with my vendor and I will keep you posted.

How do I remove gas fireplace black soot off siding?? Is it possible?
Yes, we deal with that quite a bit, my suggestion...spray some 50/50 mix on it from a pump sprayer and let that sit for about 10 minutes and then pressure wash. Most times you will have to that at least twice.
@@ASKMRBUBBLES thank you sir
