It will probabily be based upon Nurarihyon, considered the whole Parade of 100 Demons refernces they're going for. Wich is a thing to be hype for because we genuinely could end up with a Jellyfish Final boss, considered the fact that it's belived that Nurarihyon's figure was born due to either a man that mistook an Old Man for a Yokai or the same thing but with a Man O War. Old man=Elder Dragon Man O War=Jellyfish. Obviosly I'm just speculating but who knows, p3rd had a giant Koi Carp as final boss so we might end up getting everything
Definitely not magnamalo since it’s not an elder dragon and almost definitely not sole focus of the single player story and/or the final single player boss :) It should definitely play at some point though, and I’m also very exited for that! I think they’ll probably do something similar to in world where multiplayer and single player are the same instead of having them split. Generally, proof of a hero plays with really large monster like Lao, the mohrans and zorah, but there are exceptions! I don’t think it’s guaranteed that it will be used for the final boss, but maybe the biggest new monster they add. The fact that the largest world monster Zorah used this theme even though it’s nowhere near being the final boss gives me hope for this! I believe that would really fit this game, considering the wire bugs and all. Sorry that was so long, I always get carried away :)
@@LoquenderoInazuma I did say there are some exceptions, and ahtal-ka is the final boss online. While proof of a hero doesn’t play for all final multiplayer bosses, it does play for a few and ahtal-ka is one of them. One of the reasons I doubt magnamalo will have a phase with proof of a hero is because it will most likely be a kind of mid game boss, and they don’t generally have phases. Most monster hunter games have a monster they’re leading up to, just to have something else as the final boss. World has some good examples, like Nergi then xeno, or velkhana then Shara. Once again though, I believe they will save proof of a hero for a special moment. Most likely a very large monster, which could also be the final boss. Imagine kind of like if Zorah had been the final boss of world (and a whole lot less anticlimactic). They normally use proof of a hero for either final bosses or extremely large monsters. I wouldn’t be surprised if they mixed the two together!
Magnamalo will probably be story-final boss (but possibly also just like "mid-boss" like it was with lagiacrus in Tri, with him showing up having been a result of an even bigger threat) But I'm gonna call : some sort of 8-headed Elder Dragon as the final Multiplayer monster. Since this game will pull a lot from Japanese Mythology and Yokai, having the final challenge be based on the Yamoto no Orochi would be fitting Bonus points if we end up with an Okami skin for our Palamutes
Digging in the Parade of the 100 demons mith it's likely that we're getting a Jellyfish Final boss considered that Nurarihyon (the yokai that controls the Parade) is belived to be born because a man mistaken a Man O War for a Yokai. Either that or an Old Man so: Old Man: Elder Dragon Man O War: Jellyfish. Either a Jellyfish Dragon like Namielle or a big flying Jellyfish made in the same fashion of Yamatsukami, I don't know, but it will probabily have Jellyfish traits
Maybe a village final boss, not sure what the final boss of the online hub quests would be. A lot of people keep talking about a nine tailed fox, I’d love a Japanese style dragon type Elder or something like that

It's the direction of MHW, not good or bad, the MHW proof of a hero is definitely fit with it's western/more modern theme like this one fit with the Japanese theme of MHRise
@@CPNTT I like it too, but the biggest shortcoming is that the main leitmotif of Proof of a Hero is sorely lacking in intensity in any particular direction. In GU, it has a sort of heroic "final battle" vibe. In Tri, it sounds like a celebration. Here in Rise, it sounds like it's emphasizing exploration. There is no discernible "where" the song is trying to go, thematically. It still sounds nice, though, so it gets a pass from me.
The flagship is never the final boss of a monster hunter game. The final is always gonna be a monster that looks and is amazing, and isn't shown in any promotional material. Fatalis in monster hunter 1 or Xeno'jiva are good examples

probably an elder dragon ispired from Yamato No Orochi

nice editing! it sounds akin to the first proof of a hero but with chorals added
I wonder why is no one talking about the battle music that played when they're fighting Tetranadon (Longsword) in the TGS gameplay footage.
I have extracted that track. Sorry for the bad quality:

What if the logo is twin dragons that fight together. Like yin and yang.
Is that dragon? I though that was wings
The part on the right looks more like a tail imo but the one on the left does look like a head, also it seems sorta feathered
