BTW, does anyone else feel like 3 must have been a dream, for the simple thought that Ripley would have checked the ship before going into cryo? I mean, she knows what she's up against by this point.

I remember beating this in Hebrew arcade years ago. fortunately the arcade machine was broken and all you had to do to get exes credits was bump the coin slot area.

I have played this game on an emulator many times and most of the time it sounded perfect. The few times where the sound wasn't right, was either the emulator version didn't support it, or the rom was messed up.

Actually, it is not so hard to make the first run without getting hit. The game is pretty predictable without any random elements in it. The second run, immediately after the first one is on higher difficulty, but again you can pass it without iving a life, although I believe that this is also doable once you manage to remember every encounter. BTW, Neonsamurai, the best way to rpove that this is record-replay is that he/she changes the weapons in the real run you will see only the flamethrower.

@@dereklarner6298 Apparently not, but to be fair even if she did agree to lend her likeness the head on Ripley’s sprite is too small to really add much detail, let alone accurately reproduce Weaver’s face.

It was just a ''viewer''s opinion who only watched the longplay of the game. So, its nice if you liked it as a player. It just seemed a bit less related to the nature of the Alien IP thats all. Regards

I loved this game..always played it down my local arcade. It was the only game I ever beat.
