    I very much enjoy your videos and emails. You boys are doing a wonderful job at getting the message out there about the importance of a holistic (and realistic when over 55!!) approach to health and wellbeing! ( Glad I didn't hear the bit about no chocolate!!) Thank you !!

    Such good sensible advice.Social media is full of "experts" who profess to have the solution to every health problem without any qualification in health or science to back up their claims . Thanks for the reminder and for your combined knowledge and professionalism.

    Great advice, guys. The only thing I'd slightly disagree with it no chocolate. A square or two of dark chocolate - the 70% stuff - is actually good for you and your microbiome.
